'Le mas des quatre saisons' is a completely and superbly renovated 19th century wine cellar.
Located between sea and mountain, in the middle of our vineyard, near Anduze, Porte des Cévennes and its famous Bamboo garden, it is bordered by a large partly covered terrace and surrounded by a garden with a beautiful swimming pool (9m x 4m).
It is very bright, with a huge living room of 67 m2 with mezzanine, four bedrooms, a large kitchen (see photos).
With its underfloor heating or cooling (two heat pumps), the house is pleasant in all seasons.
Well equipped (induction cooker with oven, microwave oven, Nexpresso coffee machine, washing machine and wi fi).
You will discover the valleys of the Gardons, the scrubland and the Cévennes or the Camargue and the blue coast. A cycle path runs along the edge of the property and allows you to reach the surrounding villages through the countryside, and to go to Anduze, Porte des Cévennes and starting point of the T.V.C. (Cévennes steam train).
Perfect location for family vacations or friendly gatherings. Including for people with reduced mobility.
A caretaker is housed upstairs with outside access to the cottage and he cannot access the garden or the swimming pool.
