Avenida la Antigua Flats building is surrounded on both sides by two car-free plazas, Plaza Lucía and Plaza Escondida. It has two shared spaces, a pergola on the top floor with open views to the ocean, mountains and town, and also a charcoal grilling and outdoor lounging area.
Enjoy sunset beach barbecues on Playa Danta, boogie boarding and snorkeling with gear from Pura Vida Ride, family picnics on the trails provided by Copper & Stone.
