In response to your remarks, I will ask you why you haven’t talk before of the mattress problem? At our place, bed base and mattress are recent (less than 6 months), with professional quality /certified against fire. We chose our bedding with a "standard firmness" so that it could suit the largest number of customers (low weight or more weighty). On request, we could have provided you with a mattress topper to make it more rigid or more fluffy. What I do not understand is that we spoke or saw several times a week (we live on site). However, from the beginning of your stay, you did not hesitate to ask us for additional pillows, thick blanket, ice packs, etc ... We even lent you our personal chairs during the whole stay to take away at the beach.. Concerning the "noise nuisance" you mentioned, what about your direct neighbors who heard your music until 3am on Christmas Day (our rules posted in all our apartments prohibits noise after 10 PM)? And what about the night when there was a family dispute at your apartment? This time I had complaints about the ajoining apartments, because no, you haven’t rent a detached villa on Orient Bay 1000 € per night, but an apartment (100 € per night for 3 people including a 30% discount because in December you were one of our first customers of the tourism season after Hurricane IRMA and the entire renovation of our guest-house). You know that because it is more than 10 times that you stay in the island. Concerning the equipment of the kitchen, the site VRBO / HOMEAWAY is very well informed and you will not find there an electric oven. We are sorry. Finally, we regret that you 'forgot' to make these remarks directly to us during your stay, but we are not really surprised that you find something to complain about. During the period you stayed at the Shamrock, we received other tourists who were happy with their stay at our place. We have been taking care of our guest house for 8 years and we are always trying to do really our best to welcome people and accept the constructive comments and suggestions.
