The rental of the property is exclusive for one group (you are alone), the proposed minimum rate takes into account a minimum occupancy of 14 people.
During the summer school holidays and public holidays, the proposed minimum rate takes into account a minimum occupancy of 2 houses: MAS + BERGERIE (10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms), from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside summer holidays, free arrival and departure days, flexible hours, minimum 2 nights.
We do not rent a single night (2 nights minimum except summer school holidays )

The gateway to Provence in southern Ardèche (at the southern tip of the Ardèche), you will have the opportunity to enjoy our traditional villages, our caves, our beautiful landscapes and many other activities (water sports, kayaking, rafting ...) It is a very quiet place surrounded by nature but not far from the main centers of interest which are lure of the Ardèche. This is an exceptional and unique, in a preserved with high quality services, a heated pool and a SPA.

The MAS 210m2 (7 bedrooms + 5 bathrooms): 5 bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, 2 bedroom with 2 single beds or 2 double bed 140 and 160 + 5 bathrooms + WC and 2 terraces + lounge +kitchen and dining room + relaxing SPA + large terrace with barbecue

The BASTIDE 40M2 (1 bedroom + living room + 1 bathroom and 1 toilet) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed) and double bed 140 + living room with double bed 140, 1 bathroom + WC + kitchen + terrace with barbecue.
