The area is very quiet and residential, away from traffic but at the same time very convenient, as the numerous nearby beaches are easily accessible in just a few minutes.
The location is ideal. You can easily travel both north (toward Olbia and the Costa Smeralda) and south (toward Capo Comino, Orosei, and Dorgali).
The beaches are public, extremely long, with white sand and shallow water.
There are also stretches of beach equipped with umbrella and lounge chair rentals.
A distinctive feature of our area is the beautiful, cool pine forests where you can take walks, have picnics, and take a nap during the hottest part of the day.
In the evening, the view from the house is beautiful and romantic; while sipping a glass of mirto, you can enjoy the cool breeze typical of our Sardinia.
