Sixty seconds to the base of the Easy Over chair. A studio with a view, this 515 square foot guest room is located at the base of The Lodge at Spruce Peak. With a gas fireplace and kitchenette, this unit comfortably sleeps 4 with a king sized bed and queen sized pull-out couch. A private balcony offers stunning views of the mountain slopes. With every modern convenience, including 24-hour in-room dining, wireless high-speed Internet access, a gourmet kitchenette, LCD flat screen TV with iPod docking stations and MP3 hookups, this is a ski-in/ski-out dream come true. There are also special touches like luxurious bamboo sheets, a relaxation tub and a private outdoor balcony. Relax at the resort's spa or shop in one of the resort's designer boutiques after a long day on the slopes. Cap off a perfect day in one of the on-site gourmet eateries or head down the winding Mountain Road to experience some of Stowe's award-winning restaurants.

For a ski vacation the location is excellent, very close to the gondola. The lodge was beautiful at christmas time. The three onsite restaurants had great food. The room was spacious and clean. The fireplace did not work despite repeated requests during our 5 day stay. There was no coffee, salt, sugar, or creamer supplied after repeated requests. The front desk will not accommodate any simple requests for soap, towels and did not allow us to dispose of the trash because we rented the studio through “Stowe Homes” we had to keep the trash in our room for 5 days as we chose not to pay extra 50/day for housekeeping. We also had to pay 25/person for the use of gym, pool, hot tub. Other than these issues we had a great time.

The room was in a good location right next to the gondola but wasn’t too noisy. The issue came when we got into the room and saw the fireplace was “out of order” and was in horrible condition. We were so excited to use this fireplace as this was our honeymoon trip and part of the reason we chose this room was to have the fireplace. I messaged the host as soon as we checked in to address the broken fireplace hoping it’d be fixed sometime during our stay but never heard back. I messaged the host multiple times and reached out to Stowe country homes throughout our stay and didn’t hear back once. Although we had a great time during our stay we are very disappointed by the lack of communication/accuracy of the listing.

Perfect accommodation for Spring skiing

Well-appointed, clean and convenient unit in The Lodge at Spruce Peak which has all the amenities you need. Perfect combination of a full service unit in a full service hotel. The owners assisted us with an issue with the front desk about whether we could park for the full day on our check-out day which was much appreciated.

Great location, bad smell and response

We have stayed many times in various rooms with the management company in the lodge. I had some concerns about the over easy gondola being outside but the noise wasn’t too bad. Where the problem occurred was with the dishwasher being broken, and smelling like mold and mildew for most of the trip. When it was opened it also appeared very dirty inside. We reported the smell and excessive heat in the unit to the property management via the text channel provided that afternoon where it was reported we would receive a reply within a few hours. We didn’t hear back until the later that evening and when we did it was only inquiring about the heat. I again detailed my concerns at that time and received no reply. When i received the checkout text the following morning i again followed up and was told the team would review it in their Monday meeting and get back in touch with me after. I received a call back on the following Thursday instead, offering me a 200 refund on a stay that cost me 1500. I requested more considering we had to leave the door open all day to alleviate the smell so we could just sleep in there, and were unable to spend much time in the room itself otherwise. We were only offered an additional 75 refund. Beware of a possible mold infestation in this room as my daughters throat hurt upon waking up on the 2nd day.

Stay was great

The place was clean and in a great location. Only draw back was no blanket for the pull out coach, luckily we are in the habit of bringing one in road trips.

Mother daughter trip

This accommodation was perfect for our extended weekend mother daughter trip to see the fall foliage. The company quickly responded to any needs that arose and were very helpful. The staff in and around the lodge were equally as pleasant and eager to assist us. We would return again.

Perfect Ski Getaway

Property was perfect for a ski vacation at Stowe. The Easy Over Gondola brings you to the base of the mountain. The ski Valet is on the main floor and they put the skis out on racks every morning. The Shuttle Bus takes you into town for excellent restaurants and is free. For those bringing a car, you can self park your car at no expense (included in cost of rental) however if you opt to have the car valet, it is an additional 35 per day. While it’s a nice option, if you plan to use the bus, not worth the extra expense. Would absolutely stay here again if we were going back to Stowe to ski ⛷️

A nice weekend getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this condo in Stowe. It was nice to be able to book a Vrbo property but also have access to resort amenities. The valet parking team was fantastic! The condo itself was clean and worked perfectly for our getaway.

Convenient location and amenities

Convenient location and amenities...walking distance to gondola and lifts, restaurants, shopping, ski valet and parking. Resort staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby had plenty areas to sit and relax.

Location location location

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful nights in Studio 373 at Stowe. The balcony looked right over the gondola so we were not only a stones throw away from wonderful skiing, we got to enjoy watching all the other skiers coming and going. The food at the lodge was amazing and the outdoor hottub was just what was needed after a day of skiing!!! We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful Spot

Studio was perfect for us. We moved the furniture around to suit our needs and of course put it all back as instructed to avoid the charge, LOL. The Lodge is very very nice and we enjoyed the skiing and Spa very much. We will return !

Fantastic Winter Ski Vacation

The spruce lodge was beautiful and well kept. The rooms amenities were all as expected and well appointed. The views from the room of the mountain and gondola were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the slope. We would recommend staying to friends and will likely stay again.

Stowe Mountain Resort Weekend Get Away

Everything was great with the exception that , we didn't realize there was/is construction going on , so that affected some of the onsite access to food and beverages. As well there was considerable noise on one side of the lodge. Aside from that , it was great to visit the Lodge again and will hopefully return again soon!

Amazing Place in an Amazing Location

My husband and I had a great stay! The listing is exactly as posted and the location could not have been better! There are a lot of incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Also, the services offered were great, including valet parking, ski valet for your ski equipment, and right next to several trails and lifts/gondolas. We had an amazing time and would come again!

Biggest complaint t is that the refrigerator is just a cube. Way too small.The bathroom is huge.

Vail Corp closes lifts way more than previous owner due to weather and does poor job with grooming. One day only 2 beginner lifts open on Spruce so they didn’t have to refund lift tix. Most if not all expert trails closed all 4 days we were there. Don’t have back up power and had issue at propane farm so pool closed and no use of fireplace. Hot tubs closed two of 4 days. They should at least offer a partial refund for lack of amenities. Refrigerator was ridiculously small. Bathroom was huge-a lot of wasted space. Could put residential fridge in bathroom. Other than fridge issue room was nice. Ample towels and supplies. View now blocked by New penthouses. A little noisy from Easy over Gondola but ok if you’re getting up to ski. Village very nice but everything is overpriced and considering the way the mountain is poorly managed, we won’t be going back.
