If you are looking for somewhere to have the perfect family vacation, couples retreat or just a rejuvenating getaway and you want relaxation but also plenty of activities to keep everyone happy...THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

You will find all of the following and more at The Summit: Two Olympic-Sized Pools (One Heated), Two Kiddie Pools, Three Hot Tubs (One Indoor), Poolside Tiki Bar, Poolside Snack Bar/Gift Shop, Bikini Bob's Casual Restaurant/Bar, Ice Cream Shop, Computer/Internet Access, Game Room, Work-Out Rooms (Weights, Cardio Equipment, and Saunas), Lighted Tennis and Basketball Courts.

The beautiful white sandy beach is found just a few steps beyond the pool area!! Here you will find a fenced in Play Area for children, Beach Chairs (With Umbrella), Jet Ski, Wave Runner, and Parasailing Rentals.

In addition, The Summit is located close to multiple Shopping Centers, Fine and Casual Dining, Amusement Parks, State Parks, Golf Courses, Putt-Putt, Fishing, and many other activities that you desire for a wonderful vacation.

This fully furnished 4th floor unit at The Summit, 8743 Thomas Drive is located right on the beach. The beautiful Gulf Waters, White Sandy Beaches, Sunsets, and Poolside can all be viewed directly from your balcony. You will love staying on the 4th floor, as it provides a fabulous view without being too high. The unit is located near the center of the building, which gives you an excellent view of the property. It also makes using the elevators or stairs very convenient. This unit is a one bedroom condo with a king- size bed in the bedroom, built-in bunks in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfortably sleeps five. The unit has central a/c and heat with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, cooking/dining utensils. The living room area provides a chair, sleeper sofa, end tables with lamps, Flat Screen TV, DVD, Cable, Docking Station to play music, and overlooks the breath-taking Gulf. The full bath has a shower/tub combo, toilet and vanity with sink and the half bath has an additional toilet and vanity with sink. Towels, wash cloths, and linens are provided.

* RENT IS DUE AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE.
* CHECK-IN TIME IS 4:00PM/CHECK-OUT TIME IS 10:OOAM (CENTRAL TIME)
* DEPOSIT AND RENT ARE TO BE PAID BY PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CREDIT CARD.
* A COPY OF A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID WILL BE REQUIRED.

THE SUMMIT HAS A REGISTRATION FEE THAT YOU WILL PAY THEM WHEN CHECKING IN. THIS COVERS THE SUMMIT GIVING YOU BRACELETS TO WEAR AND PARKING PASSES. THE BRACELETS AND PARKING PASSES MUST BE USED TO LEAVE AND ENTER THE SUMMIT PROPERTY. THIS FEE IS NOT COVERED IN OUR RATES AND IS PAYABLE TO THE SUMMIT CLERK AT CHECK IN. RENTAL PRICE TAX IS 13.12% AND CLEANING SERVICE FEE IS $140.00 PLUS TAX. (THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICE/RATES AND WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES)

Great place

Only problem the condo had no toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels. It was a last minute reservation so able to overlook this problem. Will try to stay again next visit to Panama City Beach.

**We will be back!!**

First off- Travis is the best VRBO host I’ve ever encountered! Super responsive. The condo (as a whole) is an older property, but honestly we have stayed at the summit several times and we love it here. This particular condo is the best one we have ever stayed in on the property. We had everything we needed! Washer and dryer is great to have in the condo! My kids (4 and 6) love the 2 kiddie pools and the 99 cent ice cream at Bikini Bob’s! Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone!

This property/unit was great. The only thing I see this unit needs is new mattresses for the bunk beds and the couch hide a bed. The elevators at the property are a joke. Prepare to wait about 30 minutes to catch one with a cart of any kind. Lucky for this unit, it is only 4 flights of stairs. Overall, we loved the unit, the owner was a great communicator, and the beach was beautiful.

Amazing Time

The condo was great, the location was right where we wanted to be, and we had a wonderful time. There is really nothing I could say bad about the condo and our stay. The communication with the manager or owner Travis was right on point. I would recommend this condo to everyone!!

Baby’s first trip

This was a last minute get away for my husband, myself, my mother, and our 3 month old. We had a blast. Check in was easy. Everything was great and the host was very accommodating!

Amazing!

This beach condo has the most beautiful view you could ask for, a long with complete access to the beach right there at the hotel. The kids loved the board games too. Travis was awesome, he was so easy to communicate with and made us feel at home. Will definitely rent again!! Thank you so much Travis for making our beach vacation amazing in your condo!

Perfect view from the 4th floor. Close to elevator and stairs. Condo had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Gulf View From Unit

The view from the unit is top notch! Loved the location of the property! It is very close to many conveniences! Travis (the owner) was absolutely amazing to deal with! Our only complaints was that the cleaning company that is being used is not on top of their game! But I addressed that with the owner and he thanked me for the heads up, so I am sure he has addressed that issue! All in all we had a great time during our stay!

Perfect Stay

We chose to travel just us this year and this is the perfect condo for that. Very clean, comfortable bed, larger balcony, beautiful pools and fun tiki bar. Travis was great. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We'll stocked super clean cozy place. Looking forward to trips here in the future!

Home away from home blessing

We loved staying in this condo! It had everything we needed. It looked just like the photos in the listing and even had card games and beach toys which was an extra bonus. Great host!!

Best room at the Summit

Beautiful room with excellent view. Been coming to the summit for large family vacations/reunions for 10+years. Best room I’ve stayed in yet. And Travis was great with responses and making sure we had everything we needed prior to check in.

Will 100% stay at this location again in the future!

This is a great property. The condo was clean and nice. Perfect location. We were able to get to all the great things in Panama within minutes. It was very windy, but the heated pool made up for the wind. All the fun attractions around made the wind easy to shake off. To this being a first time in PCB, we may have to make this a second home!

Excellent place

This place is an excellent place to stay its clean and right on the beach, and within walking distance for food and shopping and Tavis the owner is awsome to work with gets back with you right away on anything. My family and I will definitely try and get back and rent this place again

Love the Summit

We stay at the Summit pretty often. Since this room is on the 4th floor we walked the steps most of the time. We noticed the light light in the bathroom had a problem and texted the owner. Within a few hours he had someone there to fix it. Travis is very easy to deal with.

We have been able to vacation here several times and have fallen in love with The Summit. The Summit has all the best features you could ask for while vacationing or using as a second home, for adults and children included. A few years ago, my father-in-law moved to this area and we realized that we would be visiting/vacationing here more often and decided to look into purchasing a unit at The Summit. We discussed this plan with my parents who thought this would be a great place to make wonderful family memories. Through God's grace, my wife and I, along with my parents were blessed to be able to purchase this unit. Not only do we want to make great family memories here, we would like to share it with others, so they can do the same.

THE SUMMIT IS A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION. You are right on the beach and located in such a wonderful location. You will have some of the best views of the beach and sunsets!! The staff is top-notch and The Summit offers so much more than the other Rental places in the area as listed above.
