Enjoy the beauty of LA’s pristine beaches and the California lifestyle in this gorgeous beach home located in the Marina Dely Rey Peninsula. Literally thirty (30) steps from the sand, our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is centrally located in between world-famous Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey, adjacent to Santa Monica, and a short scenic drive to Malibu. Our beach house was designed with a contemporary “sun, sand, water” inspiration. One (1) master bedroom AND one (1) Master loft bedroom with king size beds, plus a “kids” room with 2 bunk beds (i.e., 4 twins), make this home a perfect luxurious beach get-away for up to 2 families. Moreover, each master comes with its own private en-suite bath making it a breeze to get ready to go explore. The master loft bedroom looks over the living room and has a direct view of the ocean.

Where to go is endless …. A short bike ride or walk to a myriad of restaurants and shops, not to mention the Venice boardwalk and the main Venice Canal, the artsy/hip Abbot Kinney (home to many of LA's best restaurants), and the glorious yachts and boardwalk of Marina Del Rey. Activities ranging from paddle boarding, surfing, boating, fishing, bike riding, rollerblading, and just plain relaxing are all at your finger tips. Want to play volleyball? There's a volleyball court thirty steps from the house where you can host a game. Feel like staying in? Twenty foot tall living room ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views, a cozy fire place, service bar, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV make snuggling up on the designer sofa and watching the latest football game or film on Netflix very enticing. Overlook the Pacific Ocean, enjoy spectacular sunsets, or have a zen yoga session all from the comfort of your personal rooftop terrace. A 2 car garage makes parking a snap. You may even want to stay in and cook or have a BBQ because preparing a meal in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen (complete with all top-of-the-line appliances including a Viking stove and Sub Zero refrigerator) will be a joy. Finally, unwind in one of the 2 spacious dual person rain showers after a fun day at the beach and being out and about in Los Angeles.

If you come during the 4th of July, you'll enjoy an amazing fireworks show from the rooftop terrace that is presented by the famed Zambelli; the fireworks are launched from a barge right in the main channel of the Marina (a 5 min walk). If you come during the winter holidays, you'll enjoy a spectacular holiday boat parade in the main channel as well. After spending some time at our beach house, we are sure you will love our home as much as we do and will return time and again.

Note: our home contains lots of stairs, no elevator.
Note#2: Our two car garage does not fit XL size SUVs but normal mid-size SUVs will fit nicely.
