Suite del Duomo is located on the 3th floor with lift in a gorgeous building in Via deā€™ Pecori 1, front the Duomo, over the main street where you can find all the luxury stores in Florence. It is a quiet and bright flat, and the location and the age of the building give you a charming atmosphere with very high standards.
The apartment (40sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 4 people. As you enter, you will find: the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
Suite del Duomo is provided with free internet Wi-Fi, Lcd TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, table sets, air conditioning, private heating, hairdryer, ironing facilities. The apartment has been redecorated and renewed in 2010, but the location and the age of the building give it a charming atmosphere in a very high standard comforts
The apartment overlooks over a courtyard but for the guests there is a wonderful terrace on 6th floor. The panoramic terrace front the Duomo offers one of the most beautiful views in the world.

Luca was great throughout our stay. He was timely with replies and very clear on directions. As most of the reviews say, the location is what makes this apartment so nice. So convenient to everything. Bed was comfortable and in the US it would be called ā€œqueen sizeā€. It is just as the pictures show. We loved our stay here and Florence is magical during the Christmas season!

Excellent location, but could use a little maintenance. Right in the middle of everything with easy walks to all that you would want to see. However, we had some issues with some basic items. The rotating plate in the microwave had been replaced with one that is too big so it would not rotate. The coffee machine was missing parts. We found some in a cabinet. The freezer was full to the door with frost. The bidet would not drain and the knob on the shower (wand or shower head) was missing making it difficult to operate. Each by themselves is not huge, but together made the experience a little less than we had hoped for. The apartment was small and there was not a terrace. What is shown in the picture is the rooftop.

Everything was wonderful. It was within walking distance to all the major sites. Check-in was easy and the pictures described the apartment. You will need to reserve parking if you are driving and the in doing this was appreciated.

My husband and I stayed at Lucaā€˜s apartment at the beginning of October 2025. We really love the apartment. We were able to walk from the train station to the apartment. It was located right in front of the Duomo. There were great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The apartment was a great size And we were happy that the building had an elevator since the apartment is on the fourth floor. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location

This nice one bedroom appt was centrally located in Florence, we were able to walk to everything. Like just outside our door was the Piazza del Duomo. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this VRBO is EVERYTHING! Stepping out to view the immense size and beauty of the duomo is unforgettable!!! We had a great stay: the walk to all the attractions was so easy, and coming home to a clean, beautiful, comfortable place was perfection! I canā€™t recommend enough!!!

Excellent location and very nice

The place is beautiful excellent location although the power for the whole place turned off the last day and my phone battery was almost dead and I couldnā€™t get a hold of owner when I finally did I was able to get power again! What a relief that was! But I would stay there again it was beautiful!

Location, location, location (and comfort) in the heart of Florence

My husband and I fell in love with Florence and this lovely accommodation is a big part of the reason why. It is literally steps from the Duomo and includes a rooftop terrace with eye-popping views of this magnificent landmark and the Florence skyline. You can walk to just about anywhere you'd like to go with fifteen minutes!The apartment itself is fashionable, comfortable and includes everything you will need such as coffeemaker, microwave refrigerator, etc. The bed and linens were very comfortable too. We appreciated Luca's hospitality and in-depth orientation to the building and apartment amenities.Thank you Luca. We will definitely plan to stay here when we return to Florence!

Stay here Walk out to History St John and Uffizi !

If you wanna stay in the absolute heart of it all rent a places that you can literally walk out the door to the Duomo or shop at the finest stores on planet Earth. Thereā€™s nothing wrong with the location apartment or age. We lived the old elevator and although it is winter we enjoyed the windows open at night. We had a schedule conflict and the property manager communicated well and provided us a solution that we were very happy with.Stay here !! Walk out the door to history!

Everything was great. Our host responded to our needs quickly. The only thing that wasnā€™t true to the pictures was the rooftop patio. No tables or chairs etc. Overall, a very nice place and wonderful location!!

Great location - in the heart of Florence. Check in and out was super easy and effective. Unit was in great shape and owner gave useful restaurant recommendations. The only thing that would have nice would have been to have a table and chairs on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.
