The rental "Les Acacias", renovated in 2016 and classified in 2017 as "Furnished tourism 3 *", is ideal for welcoming your family: 2 bedrooms for 4 people (+ if necessary 2 people on the living room sofa).

Ideally located between Sarlat and Périgueux, very close to Les Eyzies de tayac, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, you can very quickly access the most beautiful sites in the region: Vézère valley with its many caves (Lascaux), castles in the valley of Dordogne (Beynac, Castelnaud) typical small villages (Saint-Leon sur Vézère, Saint-Génies, Saint Amand de Coly abbey, Belvès ...)
In our cottage, you will find all the equipment necessary for a pleasant stay: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer
The bedding and the sofa are new (2018 purchase).
To lighten your car, we have thought of all the necessities for young children: plastic dishes, high chair, cot + sleeping bag, stroller cane, bathtub, deckchair, carpet for changing, potty, barrier for the stairs ... For older children: board games, various games and books, DVD, swing!

During the restoration of the house, we tried to keep the charm of the stones and visible beams of the old family farm by combining it with a harmonious, neat and current decoration.
In summer you will appreciate the freshness of the living room thanks to the thick stone walls. In winter, you can heat yourself by the wood stove for romantic evenings!
Very well exposed, the terrace is due south. The garden shaded by two old acacias and a mulberry tree overhanging a valley of greenery will invite you to relax. You can also cook on the barbecue.
Only the sound of birds can disturb the nap. Children can play safely in the enclosed garden.
Your pets are welcome.
Lovers of peace and nature can also take advantage of beautiful walks in the forest within 50m, and may be picking a few porcini mushrooms or visiting the truffle plantation and who knows how to attend the picking of truffles with the dog of the owner's father "JUST ".
