Coastal Living inspired tranquility welcomes our guests to enjoy new flooring throughout whole house. Luxury Linens & plush towels and our mattresses are beyond comfortable. 1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins. Rooms are large and spacious. Relax early mornings on the lanai as the boaters pass by. Closets are fully equipped with extra cozy blankets and the kitchen has everything for grilling out to baking cookies! Private garage for your mid size vehicle. There are 2 bikes for your leisure and beach chairs and coolers. Bar B -Q together on the outdoor grill.
Located 5 minutes from I-95 and turnpike entrances. Walk to restaurants. Wellness center 1.5 mile walk away for a fitness vacay. Historic Downtown Stuart is 10 minute drive away. Within 35 minutes to web international airport and Palm Beach. Sidewalks everywhere in Palm City for ease of outdoor wellness.

Host was amazing. She communicated with us and allowed us early entry due to the hurricane.

Absolutely beautiful little home and minutes to everything happening.. food is amazing around the corner .. beach is minutes away. We ran from the hurricane and yet felt like we were on vacation .. Penny is sweet and her home was filled with more than you will ever need. She is a Class act. 6 stars. Thanks P.

This property was ADORABLE! The owner is so hospitable, and always answered texts quickly. The house smelled delicious when we arrived, and was super clean. I definitely recommend this home if you are staying in the Palm Beach area!

Great house, great location, great owner !!

House was very clean, with everything you might need to make a stay enjoyable. Location was ideal for us baseball nuts, allowing us quick drives to Palm Beach, Jupiter, and Port St Lucie. The few minor issues we had were responded to almost immediately by Penelope. It was very evident that she takes a great deal of pride in her home and was very accomodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Spot

My family and I just returned from a 5 night stay at this great retreat. It's location is very proximate to stores (1.2 miles) but situated among the tranquility of the waterway. The entire property felt very private. We were visiting my mother who is in a community just minutes away. Loved having coffee every morning on the back porch while watching the vast variety of birds around the water. The house itself is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked as we cooked several meals there. Penny was super communicative and answered all my text questions right away. She even left us a vase full of flowers after our arrival. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful House

Our party consisted of three senior golfers playing in a national tournament at a nearby course. The house was well appointed, spacious and spotless. The screened in porch was an added bonus and the water access offered fishing and boating. The owner was well organized, courteous and responsive. I would strongly recommend this wonderful House to other vacation renters.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We were delighted by he accommodations. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped. It is located in a Palm City which is lovely. We used it mainly for meals and sleeping because our mission was to take our grandson to the opening week of MLB Mets Spring Training games so we didn't use the bikes or kayak, but for a family that wants to take advantage of those things, it is a nice perk. Penelope was great to work with and was available to help by phone in any way necessary. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Exceptional property...we had a fabulous experience!!

From start to finish, our experience was amazing!!! Penelope was so great to work with...very friendly & helpful!! House was immaculate & so well stocked...we literally dropped our bags and felt at home immediately...it was also so convenient to my mother-in-law who lives around the corner in Sandhill Cove. Exceeded our expectations!

My teenaged son and I stayed at this Palm City location for 6 days to attend some MLB Spring Training games in Jupiter and Port St. Lucie in mid March. We arrived later in the evening than expected and the house was well lit and welcoming. The house was very clean, well equipped and the rooms were well sized. We immediately felt at home and comfortable! There were many small touches, including a well appointed kitchen stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar etc.) and some surprises (like S'mores fixin's) which reflected the thoughtfulness and attention to detail of the owner, Penelope, evident throughout the house. I had requested a couple beach towels and there was 2 beach bags full of new towels and gear plus a couple of beach chairs (Wow). We didn't use all of the amenities (kayak, bikes, boat lift, fire pit...) as we were out during the days at games or at Hutchinson Island beaches and just crashed in the evening, barbecuing and hanging out in the screened in lanai overlooking the waterway. The close by Publix made it very easy to stay well stocked. The owner promptly responded to my initial inquiry and was attentive throughout our stay. We recommend this property as a really clean and comfortable, non-pretentious home away from home.

A Tranquil Waterfront Retreat

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to get away and were very satisfied with this choice. We found the property to appear as photographed and described on the web site. It was very comfortable and nicely appointed. It was a nice surprise to find a Publix and quite a few good restaurants just a mile away. We also enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. A notebook describing how to use TV and other appliances might have been helpful. However, when we called the owner, she was very accommodating. She said to call again with any questions. However, we did not find that to be necessary. This was our first experience with RBO and we would consider doing this again. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we would certainly recommend this property.

Relaxing getaway!

My family stayed in this home for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The back porch is amazing and I could pretty well live there. We enjoyed having a fire (with smores!), relaxing by the water, and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. When a last minute family emergency caused us to change our plans, the owner Penelope went above and beyond to accommodate the new dates. She was fantastic and very responsive. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place in the Palm City/Stuart/Indiantown area!

Had everything!

My husband & I stayed for 5 nights. We especially enjoyed having our coffee on the patio Sunday Morning as we watched the boats pass by headed out for the day of fun. It was romantic sitting by the fire. We chose a bottle of wine from Chile that taste delicious, it was featured as an option for our stay. How fun & unique to offer wine this way. We also chose to have the fridge stocked and were pleasantly surprised to have the essential staples (plus) there for us until we could get unpacked & to the store. Not ever have we had that option from other vacation rentals. This owner definitely thinks of & takes to heart how we may experience the details of our stay. The interior design was surprisingly uniquely elegant. We WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR.

This home was passed down from my father to my sister and myself. As a realtor I bought my sisters share and decided to keep the house and begin to remodel it. This passed fall the entire house flooring has been replaced. Plus 2 of the 3 bathrooms have been 80% remodeled. I plan to bring the laundry into the 3rd bathroom and redesign the kitchen. We have many repeat guests now. Palm City has all the conveniences a traveler may need or want. Horse Back riding is just down the road & You Pick Farms for fresh produce. We are close to I95 to reach the Palm Beaches, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Or travel north to Orlando, Vero Beach or Daytona.

The covered screened in lenai for having your morning coffee starts the day right! For my Foodie Guests restaurants are super close by. Or The Gas Grill is waiting for a divine meal.
Wellness Retreat Guest - book an in house massage or facial while here. Take walks under the pine trees..yes, Pine not Palm. And visit the Wellness Center for a good toning workout located 1mile away. Schedule a his and hers yoga session along the water early one morning! It's up to you! Let me know and I can help you coordinate it!
Read a book on my quiet little master bedroom patio perhaps!
Ever play Lawn Checkers??? Now is your chance! Get out the popcorn maker and watch a movie!!! Check out some interesting books on the shelves.....have fun, & be sure to return!!!
