DESCRIPTION
With 5 lifts at Aspen Mountain and 7 at Highlands the 21 at Snowmass make it the clear winner. A great mix of terrain, world class views and the town of Aspen 10 min away - Snowmass Village is the premier ski destination in the US- if not the world.

Our top floor, corner 3 bd/ 3 ba, 1300 sqft condo was recently remodeled (including new bedding, towels, dishware, kitchen supplies etc. New carpet and flooring installed throughout 12-2019).

Granite / stainless kitchen & breakfast bar complete w/ microwave, range and dishwasher.
Lava rock, natural wood fireplace (firewood available for purchase from Clark's Market a 5 min walk or free shuttle ride away), open living area, vaulted ceilings w/ large picture windows.
55 inch HD Smart TV & DVD player. Wi-Fi & Cable included or use your own Net-Flix streaming account.
New washer & dryer in unit. In unit ski / boot storage.
Master bedroom has a queen and private bath. Second bedroom also has a queen and access to hallway bath. Upstairs loft has 2 single beds, 30 inch flat screen, DVD player and a private bath.
Family friendly. Pack & Play available upon request.

Walk (about 7 min walk) or take free shuttle to lifts & new Base Village, other ski areas and Aspen proper. Shuttle - stop is yards from front door - leaves every 12 min in Winter, On Demand via call in Summer. Walk 5 min (or take free shuttle) to Snowmass Center which has a grocery & liquor store and several restaurants. Steps from newly renovated complex pool, hot tub and BBQ. Great views of both valley and mountain from private balcony.

We do collect a 100% refundable damage deposit (this saves you $60 in fees).

The condo was perfect for our family of six! It was warm and cozy and there was plenty of room for our little granddaughter to run around. The kitchen space was ample for all of our cooking needs.The shuttle to the mountain is just a couple of minutes away and runs every 15 minutes. To walk to the base of the Assay lift, you just need to walk to the end of the street, at the intersection of Lower Woodbridge Road and Upper Woodbridge Road, walk up the slope to the bridge and ski or walk over the bridge to the base of the lift.

Spring Break ski getaway

Great place for our stay, 2 adults, two teenagers. Everyone had their own space and the condo was more than comfortable. We flew into Aspen airport and chose not to rent a car. Everything is easily accessible via bus or shuttle; timing all of it was part of our adventure.

Nice property. Had everything we needed. Was a quick walk to the shuttle or to the bus stop. Host was very interactive and accomodating.If you need more than one parking space let him know early, and follow the pass return instructions to the letter.Overall a great stay.

Nice Stay

Condo was clean and pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishware etc. A nice place to hang out, within walking distance to Anderson Ranch and Clarkā€™s grocery store. We hope to be there again next year.

Wonderful, comfortable ski place.

We had a great stay, convenient, comfy and clean. Beds and linens were new and very comfortable ! The kitchen had everything and paper and cleaning basics were all provided. The loft with its own bathroom was great for teens. Hot tub is across the street which was perfect. We skied each mountain while in town drove and took the shuttle. Weā€™ll be back to stay here again!

Great Stay in Snowmass

Incredible stay in Snowmass! Ideal location to have access to the mountains, grocery store, buses and all of the Aspen Snowmass area has to offer. Clean property, hot tub being across the walkway is an added bonus along with the bus stop being a very short 1 min walk to from the condo. Youā€™ll get your workout in walking up the stairs so be prepared for that but overall great location and host! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location is great, good proximity to Clark's Market and Snowmass Village. Comfortable and quiet. A few of the blinds and lights weren't working. Pool and hot tub are fantastic.

Spacious Rooms

Enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made our stay so easy. Beds were comfortable and thankful that there was cable so that we could watch all of our programs and football games. Loved the proximity of the hot tub and pool, although it was past season for the pool and shuttle service. Only thing that should be noted.....there are 36 steps to get to the front door.

Great stay! Highly recommend!

The property is in good condition with upgrades throughout. The location is great due to the proximity to the bus line, and with a short walk, to a lift for Snowmass Mountain. If you solely have an interest in skiing, and you can get transportation to/from the airport, no car will be needed (if you are comfortable operating in this manner), especially if you only desire to stay in Snowmass. Pete is generally responsive before the visit and practically on call once you arrive. If you intend to smoke (in the county but not in the crib), bring your own sticks. I also recommend making a grocery and liquor run in Denver if you fly and drive.

Amazing views and perfect space. Canā€™t wait to return!

Family had great summer vacation! Gorgeous Mountain Viewā€™s, morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise in the cool mountain airā€¦ Condo had all amenities for kitchen and bathrooms. (Could find pool towels but easy fix) We had two small issues but Pete and Mark were quick to respond and problem solved. Great location and free bus shuttle if we didnā€™t feel like driving. Best way to Aspen since they have there own lane. Many dining options in Snowmass, Aspen, or Basalt. Every Thursday free concert at Snowmass Mall. Walk to shuttle stop few doors down to 10 min shuttle up the road. That night was so fun. Easy 15 min walk back home or shuttle. Hope to return soon!

A convenient and quiet place

We enjoyed our stay here. The main living area had updated flooring and the master bathroom was very nice. Having such a large washer and dryer was wonderful. Except for an occasional dog bark, we never heard noise from the neighboring units. Some things could use a bit of updating (the bedroom carpets, saucepans, towels, lighting) but overall a nice stay. We were a group of 6. It would have been nice to have 6 dining chairs around the good size table but the 2 metal ones on the porch sufficed. Our only true complaint was the lighting for the stove (none) and over the dining table (very dim).

The property is well worn. There are metal bowls with rust on them, a colander with rust all over the bottom and an insufficient number of forks. The lighting was the worst, we couldn't play a board game because the light was so dull at 40 watts. We had to bring a lamp over to the table to see. Also the master left sink was plugged up and the toilet ran after flushing it and the handle on the shower door was very loose. Also the sink upstairs was slow to drain as well. Next, there is a light bulb missing in the main area track lights. The place was considerably dark and dingy compared to your photos on VRBO. We left feeling very disappointed that we spent so much money. Communication was very good. Thank you.

Family friendly condo with easy access to grocery store and shopping

Our family of 5 loved our stay in this condo. The upstairs loft and bathroom was a welcomed retreat for our boys. The condo was clean. The decor and furniture is all new and trendy. We loved walking to Clarkeā€™s grocery store on the paved path from the condo. They had everything we needed without having to drive anywhere. The pool was closed during Covid which was a bummer but we found other activities to keep us busy. We spent quite a bit of time in Carbondale at their free disc golf course and in Basalt at their amazing bike park, both were less than 30 min away. Pete was always prompt to respond to our questions. The only item to note is that we drove a large vehicle and parking was tight for us. With that said, the reserved spot was super handy.
