Magic Moments is a brand new luxury 2 bedroom cabin located in the Arts and Crafts Community. Experience the shops, studios and Cafe's from over 100 artisans just a short drive from your cabin.

You can relax in your hot tub or enjoy a fire in your fireplace after a long day of hiking in the National Park or a day of exploring in the Arts and Crafts Community. You'll notice the attention to detail as this log cabin has wood beams and vaulted ceiling for a dramatic cabin effect.

Guests will enjoy 2 king suites each with a full bath and a sleeper sofa on the main level in case you want to bring the kids. Both king suites include rain showers in the bath. (the main level bath has shower body jets as well)

Dine in if you choose as Magic Moments is equipped with a full kitchen as well as a grill on the deck for your convenience.

Free WIFI included. This cabin is easily accessible via paved roads during all seasons.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Great Weekend Getaway!

Cabin was clean, the area is quiet and the management company sends a welcome text that becomes a source of communication they respond to immediately. We stayed Friday night to Monday morning. Remember to bring things like salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer as they provide only hotel style bars of soap, 2 trash bags,one single washing machine powder packet, 2 dishwasher pods and a small dish soap-no dish sponge for our length of stay. I would recommend staying here!

First of all, we have stayed at several cabin, condo rentals in the past several years that provided much better amenities-basic kitchen supplies such as salt,pepper,coffee,etc. Extra toilet tissue in the bathroom. Another downsize was to look off the deck at the house next door with bags of trash and general junk on the front porch. The neighbor's coonhound barking at all times, not conducive to sitting on the porch enjoying the quiet of the mou ntains.

Reviewer Comments: The light fixtures and decorations above the fireplace had noticeable dust. The view was less than peaceful due to the residents to the right hoarding on their porch and property. In addition, I called the office to comfirm I was checking out on Monday and not Sunday and the representative extended my stay to Tuesday and when I let them know Monday before leaving I was informed I wasnt entitled to a refund for the extra day. The representative gave me some bull about why they were keeping my money. I booked this cabin to relax after my parent's death. Unfortunately, this was not as relaxing as it could've been. I will not book this cabin again and after years of using Elk Resorts I will be looking at other options in the future.

Reviewer Comments: I have rented thru Marriott properties before and had a great experience. Outside:The house looked okay from outside. However, I was very disappointed with this property. It had no pretty view, right out n a busy road, horrible parking area with no place to turn around easily (in the curve on a busy road). The house on the left side of the property was like a hoarder house, in horrible disrepair and with an air conditioner that made a horrible rattle. The house on the right had large and loud trucks. Inside house:No twin beds and sleeper sofa upstairs - king only - not as advertised. When it rained hard it leaked in stairs and in the kitchen by fridge. When I contacted the rental company , they said it was probably due to the hard rain, but didnā€™t come to check it. Fortunately, it wasnā€™t over the beds. No hair dryers found. All blinds do not work well and need to be replaced. Do not all match. TV in the den area is fuzzy.Mirrors on walls were hung for people 6 feet tall. Sofas are on their last days and bed to be replaced. I never found the linens for the sofa Several blown lightbulbsNo cover at door - little side window. Everything was old and dated and bed spreads dark and ugly.

My criticism is based on our own experience as an owner.This is a lovely location and place. It is only about 1/2 mile from the Gatlinburg Artist Loop. Using backroads, it is very easy to get to Gatlinburg and Sevierville, and entry to the park is relatively easy. The direct routes are curvy alongside the creek beds. It is quiet at night, providing a restful sleep. It is the quiet cabin feel you're looking for but not far away from what you want to see and do. The master shower was small but powerful, with overhead and side spouts. The beds were comfortable.On the downside, the management company or the owners have forgotten to be their guests. There is an expectation that the guests would need to provide everything for cooking. No starter coffee or salt and pepper were provided. There was not enough silverware or dishes for our small party of 3, and what was provided was very inexpensive. There was no fry pan. We had to use a saucepan for a grilled cheese sandwich. There wasn't an extra supply of toilet paper. What's on the dispenser is all you get. There was only enough dishwasher detergent for two washes. Oddly, the smoke alarm in the bedroom goes off after a hot shower.It would be useful to have at least one luggage rack in the bedrooms. The TVs are outdated. The couches were pretty good, but they were either a little worn out or low riders to begin with. The sleeper couch is right over the vent, and cold air comes up through the couch when the AC is on. We never used the hot tub as it was tucked in the back of the house, off the bathroom, in an uninviting location.I would give it a lower 4-star review. With a few changes, it would be easy to make this an outstanding place to stay. If I visited Gatlinburg again, I would look at other options first. The hot tub was clean and the cabin had a washer/dryer combo. I would definitely stay in this cabin or any cabin with this company. Just remember to buy supplies for longer stays. They don't give much. And make sure you ask them to snake the tub and shower or you will be cleaning out the hair from last renters. That really should be done on a monthly basis without having to call anyone. The beds squeak and so do the loft floors but it's not too bad.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Magic Moments and it wasn't the best stay. The cabin is situated next to an unkept home (there was trash everywhere including an abandoned vehicle). Upon arrival, my husband noticed the dishwasher was full of wet silverware (not dry or placed back in the cabinets). Drops of water fell on the floor when he opened the dishwasher, I decided to wipe dry with a paper towel and the paper towel was covered with filth from the floor indicating poor cleaning. If customers are being charged a cleaning fee it's expected the cabins be thoroughly cleaned. The furniture/appliances are dated, the comforters didn't smell clean, the first-floor toilet chain was constantly detaching (didn't flush), and the first-floor bedroom ceiling fan suddenly stopped working - releasing smoke. We were scared it would catch fire so we called the office to report the issues. Be aware there's nearby construction and barking (dogs) early in the morning. Don't expect a quiet, serene environment or a mountain view. We couldn't get in the hot tub because the mosquitoes were unbearable - a screen would be helpful. We don't recommend this cabin.

Driveway was partially washed out due to recent storms and very poorly lit at night. Some shower heads had visible mold on them. Other than that, the cabin was beautiful and ideally located from main attractions.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: upon arrival the location was a bit sketchy and surrounded by junk. the cleanliness was sub par. there were cobwebs, dishes in cabinet were dirty, and some of the towels were stained.

Great place for our quick trip to the Smokeyā€™s!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very comfortable and convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. From the pictures online, we were expecting to be a bit more secluded, but instead were nestled between two other residences, one of which shares the driveway with the cabin. Rental company was great to work with as we rented the night before arrival and had to fast track our reservation paperwork. Overall a great experience!
