We loved our stay at the Yellowstone Lookout Cabin! The distance to Yellowstone, Livingston, Bozeman, etc., was great. The cabin was well-appointed with everything you might need. The host was extremely responsive to all our questions, it was a fantastic trip.

Very nice decor. Beautiful views. Great HotTun. Plenty of room inside. Everything we needed was here and it was easy to get in and out.

R & R with amazing views

Relaxing stay at this nice cabin. Well appointed, nice decor. Quiet and peaceful. Several deer live in the area. Right on the river...nice fishing opportunities.

Beautiful Inside and Out

This property is amazing! The views of the river are spectacular and we had a hard time ever leaving the deck! The inside is beautiful and cozy. It is very spacious and there’s plenty of room for a big family to sleep comfortably. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Location/ views beautiful. Area rural but so easy to get to Emigrant/Livingston. Fished everyday but the “ big ones” got away! Peaceful , having the front porch such a plus for reading /relaxing. Kitchen stocked well. New sauté and fry pans. Could use new pizza and cookie sheets. Starter kit great; PT, TP,Kleenex , dish soap. S&P. Communication with property management company was excellent. Would only ask that taxidermy and hanging rugs be vacuumed or something. Dusty. Overall such a pleasant stay. Would come again for sure!

Easter 2021

The stay was great, the only thing we would recommend would be to have a bigger trashcan for the kitchen to small bedroom/bathroom trash did not keep up with the amount of trach we accumulated during meals. During our stay we ran out of paper towels and on the last day ran dangerously low on TP with no extras of either in the house. I would highly recommend this property to others. TF

Perfect location!

Our family gathered for an over due 4th of July celebration! Fishing, wildlife, peaceful setting, hot tubbing and a hike to a nearby waterfall. Plenty of comfy beds and towels, grill with an extra propane tank and reliable WiFi made this a great spot. A reminder to bring all food items, including staples because of COVID cleanliness. Also this home has 2 pack and plays and a high chair. We were told there weren’t any there. No problem just FYI.

Ultra Luxury Accommodation (Destination itself)

The property itself could be a destination vacation itself. Perfectly refined log Montana House with basement and loft. Exceptionally well decorated that sets the perfect mood. The Yellowstone river is right out the back door giving way to mountain views of adeptly named "Paradise" Valley. Wildlife in the morming and wvenings was taken from a Disney "bambi" movie. The high end outdoor hot tub really is the icing on the cake for this gem, granting wonderful views described, for relaxing after a long day in Yellowstone. The property is incredibly thoughtfully equipped and stocked to the smallest detail ( river floaters, grilling supplies, bear spray, etc.) Maytag washer/dryer. We were so appreciative we donated three brand new blankets, a new cooler, two more bottles of bear spray, spices/oils for cooking, beverages and coffee. The only issue is the property manager did not semd check in code via the App (and we found no email). However, we called the emergency phone and was given the check in code for the door. The location for us was great being a homebase into Yellowstone a pleasant drive a way. I highly recommend the property. The only one with an outdoor luxury hotub and river front.

Great cabin with friends

We were in town for a wedding and stayed with a big group of friends at the cabin for the weekend! Check in was so easy and it was perfect for our bigger group. The hot tub was a game changer for us and got plenty of use in. The location right on the river really can’t be beat.

Fantastic view

This cute place was perfect to stay at. It was super close to chico hot spring and just a hop away from Livingston. If you didn't want to go into Livingston you could just check out emigrant they had a cute little grocery store and a few pretty good restaurants to eat at!

Great location !

Clean and tidy with all the personal touches. The hot tub PH was a little low for our liking but we were able to run it and burn off some of the chemicals. Loved the river and fishing opportunities! We will be back thank you !

Great spot

This property was very nicely situated and was super clean! The proximity to trails, Yellowstone NP, and hot springs can’t be beat. You can hear Hwy 89 a bit but it is across the river from you so it’s not too bad. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place

Love having the hot tub at the end of the day after a hard hike. Great place to stay without having all the hassle of being close to Yellowstone. Just a short drive and you're there. Good fishing and plenty of wild life.

Very comfortable beds

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen pretty well equipped. Check in was easy but the only item we were not expecting was even though it looked like it was secluded, it was actually close to the highway across the river and it was a little loud with traffic noise. Overall very good.

Yellowstone look out cabin

The cabin was beautiful and the scenery was great. We were a little disappointed that there was not any air conditioner or even a ceiling fan in the bedroom. When the wind died down we actually got too hot. We will probably come back in the winter but I could not spend a summer without air conditioning.

Peaceful Retreat

Wonderful and cozy cabin. Secluded and quiet with easy access to the Yellowstone River. Views for days and lots of wildlife to watch. The cabin was clean and we had a relaxing and lovely stay. Thank you!
