London: London- centre 13 minutes Piccadilly

I have let the renters to enter early in the apartment at 10am and leave luggages and spent 30 minutes showing them everything how it works also I sent them instructions and there are maps in the apartment. However due to the location of the apartment is pretty obvious where everything is as the tube station , supermarket and restaurants are within site. I was in the contact all the time with the taxi I organised for them and went by car and pick them up in heavy rain from MacDonalds 200m away where were left by taxi and bring them to the apartment so a lot of assistance was given to them by myself and the taxi driver (he usually show everybody where the supermarket and tube station is). I wish when I go on holidays to be given so much assistance but many times I just have the keys left in a safe outside the building. I also let them use the apartment longer until 1pm but they made me wait in front of the house until 2pm as they didn't bother to phone or email me about the delays as they were having lunch in a restaurant nearby. We don't provide towels but I left 14 towels for them. As for the kitchen we have dishwasher and one doesn't need to much cleaning stuff but we have sponges and washing up also. We provide coasters for the dining table(we use these in UK instead of tablecloths). The kitchen is very well equiped: dishwasher, coffees machine, kettle, 2 toasters, plenty plates, cups and I had even 8 people renting the apartment so I am sure there is enough cutlery, plates, cups for 8 people. However if anything was missing they could have just called and I would have brought it quickly. As for garden it had been raining every day for 3 months and the trees on the sides had grown but we have the garden paved so even with much rain it cannot cause problems to eat our, the garden is outside the kitchen double doors and not part of the kitchen and having an garden and trees in almost central London is a luxury.
