. Der Ausblick ist perfekt. An den Verkehrslärm gewöhnt man sich.

Der Bahnhof ist in direkter Nähe und man gelangt mit günstiger 10er-Karte direkt in die Stadt.

Fantastisk lejlighed! Der mangler ikke noget. Toget til Barcelona C tager kun 15 min

Fantastisk udsigt fra balkonen. Da vi ankom sent lørdag og butikkerne er lukket om søndagen, havde udlejer sat juice, brød, chokolade og æbler i køleskabet ;-) Stranden nedenfor er super - vandet er helt klart. Swimmingpool er fin og stor. lidt larm fra motorvejen når balkondør og vinduer er åbne, men ikke når lukket. Et sted vi godt kunne komme tilbage til!

Amazing flat with amazing views, and a very wonderful host!

Rafael was an amazing host and very accommodating. Waking up to this beautiful view every morning and going to bed with this view every night was the highlight of the trip. The flat was well stocked with all the essentials of home, including a washing machine and dryer. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train station, you can be in the heart of Barcelona in about 20 minutes. Extremely quiet, lovely community with fabulous restaurants and friendly people. I highly recommend the restaurant at the Malamar Wakepark just past the train station. The sushi and pizza place just around the corner was also great and open late. Overall an amazing experience! Hope to visit Barcelona / Montgat again soon!

The apartment is in a lovely location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment itself is lovely and clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The views over the ocean are gorgeous, it was lovely to have breakfast looking out over the sea. Being so close to the train station meant that you could be in central Barcelona in less than half an hour which was great. Rafael and his wife were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome. The owners have done everything they can to make the apartment a nice place to be and I feel a little mean only giving three stars however I am unable our holiday five stars due to issues that are outside the owners control. Noise was a bit of an issue. We found the hum of the road and the noise of the train line tolerable, you didn't notice it after a short while & there is good glazing in the bedrooms that cuts out these noises. However, the bedrooms (master bedroom in particular) seem to be right next to the waste pipes for the entire apartment block and every time someone flushed a toilet in the apartments above you heard the rush of water. This woke us up several times a night unfortunately. Montgat itself is a quiet place with great beaches that you access via an underpass to cross beneath the rail tracks. We walked all along the coast to Badelona one day which was lovely. There are restaurants in the town but unfortunately due to timings we weren't able to use them as their opening times didn't suit us. Two or three restaurants on the square were open during the day but closed in the late afternoon and evening, others we found opened too late for us as we have young children that aren't used to being up late. One tip that I would have liked to have been given is to book tickets for all the sights in Barcelona in advance. Most of the places that we wanted to visit had sold all of their tickets for the day (and sometimes the next day too) before we got there so we were a little disappointed.

Perfect apartment!

We spent a week in Montgat in October with our two young children. This was the perfect location for us as we could spend a few days in Barcelona, but also have a couple of days staying in Montgat and playing on the beach. It was so easy getting to the centre of Barcelona, a short walk to the train station, with trains running every 15 minutes. We had a very warm welcome from Rafael and his family; the apartment was great, very clean and well equipped, and we loved having breakfast on the balcony. There is a small supermarket a few minutes walk along the road, and a couple of restaurants. So glad we found this apartment, we would definitely stay here again!

très bonne situation

appartement très bien équipé, notamment la cuisine. Propre et climatisé. Vue superbe, immeuble tranquille et calme (sauf mon petit fils de 2 ans qui adorait crier pour entendre sa voix résonner dans le hall, pardon les résidents !!). Piscine suffisamment grande et au calme. A proximité de Barcelone par le train à quelques pas de la résidence, commerces à pied, plage tranquille et propriétaires adorables, disponibles et attentifs. Seul bémol, grande vigilance avec les enfants jeunes par rapport à la terrasse située au 6ème étage. Sinon, rien à redire et à recommander.

Lovely, well equipped and maintained apartment

We loved staying in this apartment. It is in a modern block in Montgat, one stop away from Badalona on the train. The apartment was reasonably priced for such a well-equipped one and came with all top brand mod-cons. The wi-fi was free which helped immensely when we were planning our days out in Barcelona. As the apartment was so close to Montgat railway station (in Zone 1), we were in Barcelona in 13 mins and we were able to use our BCN cards for the trip there and back. The air-con worked a treat, there was every conceivable piece of kitchen equipment available in case we wanted to eat in (which we did one night as we were so exhausted from walking in the heatwave at the time). The beach, which is very nice but not busy, is also very close and easily accessible by an underpass a couple of hundred yards away. The owners were really friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment also comes with a lot of literature on what to do locally and also in Barcelona. The pool is a decent size and has a "grassy" bit on one side where you can put towels, our teenagers loved the pool, which was well maintained and as warm as you can imagine. Traffic and train noise did not bother us in the slightest, especially when the sliding doors to the balcony were closed. Badalona is certainly worth a visit if you can't be bothered going into Barcelona for dinner one night - it has a relaxed vibe and a whole bunch of restaurants for every taste. If you are hesitating about booking this, don't, it's a good one and we would definitely go back if we were visiting the area.

Fantastic apartment set in a great Location.

The apartment was very clean with all the modern requirements. Wifi worked very well and the kitchen had all the appliances needed. We took some great walks along the beach in both directions, this is close despite the need to go under the train track for access. The beach is sandy and suitable for swimming. The train is a few minutes walk away with the trains leaving every 10 minutes or so with just 20 minutes to get to the centre and the Placa Catalunya at the top of the Ramblas. Montgat is a quieter and safer than the center of Barcelona and with small supermarket and other shops near by had every we needed for our stay.

Nice week in Montgat

We are very satisfied with renting this flat in Montgat. Everything worked perfect, from booking until we leaved the flat after a wonderful week. The flat is good located close to the beach and its also nice with the pool which we used almost every day. The flat is quiet and the terrace has a wonderful view. In the evenings we took the Train RI from Montgat to Barcelona, it was very easy. We can really recommend this flat. / Family Hjälmeby from Sweden

Très agréable appartement

Nous avons loué cet appartement cet été, et nous sommes ravis. L'appartement est très agréable, avec vue sur la mer, la piscine commune est grande. Il y a plein de commerces à proximité. Barcelone n'est qu'à une petite vingtaine de minutes en train (gare à proximité). Propriétaires très chaleureux et parlant français. A refaire sans hésiter !

Beautiful location

Pratical location, 15mn from Barcelona in car. Very calm and in front of the sea. Everything was at our disposal and landlords were always available for us. One important thing : don't Forget to take the parking because it's a little bit dificult to park the car outside. I'll come Back for sure, thanks for all Rafael and your daughter :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und ungewöhnlich gut angerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Lage für Barcelona besuche ist ideal in 10 Min ist man in Centrum, es Ist etwas Laut aber damit sollte man in der Stadt rechnen. Wir können die Wohnung empfelen.
