Two charming, comfortable cottages which can rent separately or together. Unit B has 3 bedrooms, a den, and 1 1/2 baths (sleeps 8). Two bedrooms have one queen bed and one bedroom has two bunk beds. There are two parking spots for Unit B. ( Unit C has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, sleeps 4, go to listing #1206824 to rent). Both units have open floor plans, with kitchen, living room, and dining room. They both are sunny and bright with high cathedral ceilings and skylights, and decks with ocean views. They are charmingly decorated with summer colors and unique details. These cottages are part of a 3 unit building. The front unit, facing Kings Highway, is owner occupied. The 2 rental cottages are on the Edgewood Avenue side of the building. The location of these units is outstanding. You are directly across the street from the beach! Rates reflect Unit B (3 bedroom). For information about Unit C go to listing #1206824 or contact owner. Wonderful stay directly across the street from the beach. Outside shower was great when we had our adult children and their spouse's for the long weekend. Cozy TV room with a lovely ocean view. Enjoyed the porch for tea and coffee in the morning. The owners are lovely people.

Great stay

The condo is exactly as shown on Vrbo. It was clean and set up well. The stairs are a little difficult for older individuals. The walk to the beach is short and flat. The bedrooms and full bath are on the first floor all other rooms are on the 2nd floor. Deck was great and had a nice view of the beach. We had a great time. Great place for a family.

Perfect Condo on Goose Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the condo on Goose Rocks Beach. It is just as pictured, perfect location with a great beach and view. Very clean, and all the amenities we needed. Would love to stay here again.

Overall A Lovely Rental

Overall, the cottage was lovely. Two negatives: 1) the 3 bedrooms did not match the online photos which showed 1 queen, 1 full/1 twin and 2 twins. Imagine my surprise when I checked out my room which instead of 2 twin beds, had 2 sets of kiddie bunk beds. One of the other rooms had a queen bed instead of a full + twin. (my sister's sheets did not fit the queen bed). Also, a number of window screens either had holes or were separating from the window casement. I'm sure the owners will rectify these issues in the off-season.

Great stay at Goose Rocks Beach!

This beach unit was tucked in behind the main family's house. The outside was lovely, and the inside was soo homey and decorated with ageless charm. Hand stenciling, beautiful family heirloom decor... access to beach couldn't be much better. How soon can I come back?

Excellent family rental in Goose Rocks Beach

One of the CLEANEST rental properties we ever rented. Owners were extremely prompt to answer questions. Close to the beach and easy to run back to the house for drinks and snacks. Minor listing update needed - the full bed is now a queen bed which was a nice upgrade. Highly recommend this property and the owners.

Absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and beautiful. The rooms were thoughtfully set up and the decor well done and everything felt comfortable. They had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. It doesn't get much better than this! We had such an amazing visit and would love to return.

Home away from home at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a wonderful week in this comfortable, inviting home. The location across the street from Goose Rocks Beach was such a treat! The unit was perfect for the two of us to cook, eat meals and relax in. We really enjoyed the deck-it was great for socially distant visits when family and friends stopped by. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fabulous. The hosts were very welcoming and accessible. Amazing family vacation

My family loved every minute in this house! The location was perfect - just steps to the beach! We were able to run back to the house for snacks, bathroom breaks, and naps for the littles. The big dining room table was perfect for family dinners and we found all that we needed in the kitchen. My girls loved the bunk beds and the outdoor shower was awesome for rinsing all the sand they collected at the beach! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

A week at the beach

Very pleased with location just across road from beach. Arrived day after a storm to find no electricity or heat. Fortunately this was restored in less than two hours. Some of us found the stairs challenging,however, it was well worth the effort. Cozy and attractively decorated. Highly recommend for family vacation.

The two cottages are directly behind our house. This historic 1905 property was once a General Store. We have updated the entire property and divided it into three separate units. We live in the one in the front and rent the other two.
