Villa with panoramic view, not overlooked

This residence has been our nest, but we have decided to migrate for some time. We have kept this house because we love it and can allow people to enjoy it. We hope you enjoy the view, the authentic, atypical setting, and its proximity to the centre of a protected environment as much as we do. Without a doubt, this is the sunniest place in France due to the Mistral winds. This well designed house allows you to enjoy all its benefits without being disturbed. We always appreciate the long summer evenings with a glass of rosé and some good company.

Outside the main residence, the house has been decorated combining modernity and antique materials such as old tiles, cement tiles, granite tiles in the kitchen, as well as lava stone and ceramic tiles from Vagh and Salernes in the bathroom. The 250-m² Brazilian stone and Ipe wood terrace offers a breath-taking sea view. You can find an indoor fireplace, a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen and a barbecue offering all cooking possibilities. The Diffazur pool has a paddling pool for children and an automated cleaning system (by automatic nozzles). It is not overlooked though it faces the sea. The house offers all the modern comforts in an authentic setting, a few minute walk from the rocky coves and close to the cities of Marseille and Aix en Provence, offering many opportunities for artistic, music, exhibition attractions throughout Provence.
