This is an incredible opportunity to live in private luxury instead of just staying in a hotel.

Imagine drinking your morning coffee while watching the sunrise from a balcony that overlooks Tulsa. Four of the five bedrooms, as well as the living and dining areas, get the first orange glow of the morning light and a breathtaking view of the sunrise. If you are not a morning person, you may become one. This estate is not located in a neighborhood but has 3 acres of gated privacy with the convenience of being at 85th and Sheridan. This is in the heart of south Tulsa, so you have access to everything from restaurants, malls, and casinos to movie theaters, aquariums, and museums within a 10-minute drive.

Need more convincing? Really? How about your own private outdoor swimming pool, or your own private pond with gazebo, or your own basketball court, or your own movie theater room with a 150-inch screen and state-of-the-art 7.1 surround sound system (XBOX also hooked up to the theater). The pool is open year-round, but the water can only be warm as long as the overnight temperatures remain over 45 degrees, which is usually from March 15th to November 1st.

The property and house were great, specially for a large family wanting to be all together. Host was very accommodating to our needs and responded promptly. I would say not a lot of pots and pans to cook for a large family. The grills aren’t in working condition to be able to BBQ. The kids loved the pool and theater room. Great memories!

The house was very accommodating for our large group. Our host communicated quickly and answered any and all questions. I had read a few reviews that said the kitchen wasn't well-stocked. We found that incorrect. There was plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. We even used the crock pot that was there. The beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of bathrooms. The kids loved the theater room. The pool was wonderful and clean. The whole group enjoyed it, but there were just a few pool chairs. So, we took our camp chairs because we didn't want to sit on folding chairs from the garage. With all that being said, I will say that it looked like the housekeeper's attention to detail was lacking. I understand there isn't much time to clean in between reservations, so maybe they should take a day and do some deep cleaning or maybe hire another housekeeper. I don't expect it to be perfect but I just wish it had been a little cleaner. All in all, it was a good time and we appreciated the host responding so quickly to our questions.

House was ready, clean ,and just as described, door codes were easy to use parking for 5 vehicles was easy. Layout accommodated our needs Perry. Kids loved the home theater roomKitchen was used for breakfast only and pots and pans were ample. Pool wax nice but we didn’t use it. Checkout process was easy. I’d definitely use this place again if the need arises!

Thank you Chelsea for your 4 star review. Most multi million dollar houses are located right next to other million dollar houses. This house is on top of a hill on a 3 acre lot with no other houses. We intentionally wanted to allow the pond and natural landscape to be the focus. Adding curtains would take away from the panoramic views from the house without adding any additional privacy. We appreciate your feedback.

Spacious fun house for a family reunion. We housed 19 people here( 8 couples). It was determined that this was the BEST house ever for hide and seek. House is startling to age and needing upgrades (which I think they are working toward). Furniture starting to break down. There were some cobwebs and corners(bar area, fridge full of food upon arrival) that could have been cleaned better. But it’s a 7000 sq ft house so I can see how easily you could miss things. Needs more dumpsters. All three were full upon our arrival. None of these things were deal breakers for us. If you plan on cooking meals, bring what you need. It’s basically a bachelor’s kitchen. There were several pots but no bowls larger than a cereal bowl. Large Mixing bowls and serving bowls or casseroles dishes would be an added touch for future. We would definitely like to use this location again in future because its size encompassed the whole family. 2 of the 4 AC units were freezing up while we were there. Owner and property manager were responsive and came to look at them, but they didn’t have expertise to fix them. Being that it was a weekend, we weren’t able to get those fixed and had a couple warmer bedrooms and theatre room. I’m sure those will be fixed soon.Pool was clear and clean. Outside property was neatly kept. Kids loved paddle boating. You definitely get your exercise going up and down the hills and stairs. It was beautiful area. We hope to come back.

The house was size was great for the 17 of us. The few things that needed attention when we arrived got taken care of promptly. The grounds were dirty with trash but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. Our complaint comes to the pool. The selling point of the house was the "heated pool". We couldn't wait to swim even though it was only mid March. Upon arrival the pool was very dirty, very cold and low on water. While they were there promptly to clean the pool, they didn't clean it well and we were told the heater was on but in the 3 days we were there it never warmed up. The kids were all disappointed that the water was just too cold to be in it for more than a minute. All in all we had a good time in spite of the pool.

Great stay at great location

Wonderful place to stay with our small family reunion. We loved the spacious house with pool and basketball court. The theater room was awesome. Like going to a real movie theater. Thanks so much for the memories we were able to create with our Tulsa family!

Family reunion Stay

The rooms and property is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the pool, and theatre room. We had some difficulties with the oven, but the house was perfect for our event.

Great Place

Very nice place. Great Location. Wished there was more towels and extra blankets. Would definitely choose this place again. Would get blue tooth and theatre room figured out early on during our stay next time.

Our Theater room is set up to be able to run off your phone, but I know the more you automate the more things that may stop working. Great House

Great Family Time

The home had all the bedrooms we needed and bathrooms were sufficient. The theatre room was enjoyed by the young kiddos and the projector in the master bedroom was a nice surprise. We all had a lovely time.

Golf Getaway

An incredible house to host the guys for a long weekend. Everything working as advertised from the pool, to the whole-house surround sound, to the impressive home cinema. Owner was quick to respond for an easy and enjoyable stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to book for another round.

Great place to stay for large groups

Rented for some of our baseball team while playing in Tulsa tour. Great times were had! Pool, basketball court, theater room, and large house worked perfectly. We plan to be back next year.

Ideal for large family

This property is located in the heart of South Tulsa next to other million dollar homes, but instead of being part of a sub-division with other houses in close proximity, this one is located on a 3 acre lot on a hill overlooking a private pond. It is hard to find a peaceful place like this at the same time be so close to everything Tulsa has to offer - hundreds of restaurants, Casinos, Aquarium, Museums, Shopping malls, IMAX, Riverside walk and bike trail all within 5 miles of this house.

The house is almost a resort in itself. We have a private pond, Gazebo, private outdoor swimming pool, table tennis, Home Theater with a 180 inch screen with state of the art sound system. We even have our own private basketball court on the property.
