A new house, just built-up and finely furnished, stays in a peaceful seaside resort close to Budoni. In addition to all the comfort listed before, the country stays 2km far and there are all the services like bar, restaurant, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.
There is too the opportunity to rent rubber dinghys and make excursions both in the centre of Budoni and at Porto Ottiolu (at 3km).

Perfect for a short family holiday

House is located just a minute away from the (rocky) sea-side. Swimming pool is also only a few minutes away, although not always open. Every room in the house has it's own airco, which is really needed in the summer, since outside temperature was above 35 degrees (early July). Budoni with shops and lot's of restaurants a few car minutes away, the airport 30 minutes.

Great apartment

We had a great time. The apartment was very nice with a small garden and a good shaded place to sit and to have breakfast. Unfortunately the original swimming pool was out of order. There is an alternative one, but not as nice as the pictures of the original one.

Bella casa belle vacanze

We were begin of novmber so we actually caught the last extended days of summer. The house completed the amazing feeling and experience The host is super nice even if we did not meet In person the booing and communication went just great. The host provided us some nice tips for dinner. The house itself is located very near the beach of baia Sant'Anna. It is not the nicest I have seen but it is worth spending a day there. Anyway we went with the car to different places each day. Spiaggia di Sant'Anna is like 2km walking along the coastline The house is very cosy well organised. We did not miss a thing there Sleeping in the beds is comfortable. We really enjoyed the staying. It really felt like our home for a week. I really recommend this house especially for family and friends and with dogs as well Thanks for letting us stay until next time

Beautiful

We had a lovely 9 days here at Lara's property, super clean and tidy with great air-conditioning, everything you could wish for in a self catering house, very good kitchen washing machine and dishwasher. Recommended a car to really enjoy the area found a restaurant we could walk to in 25 minutes called Pedra Niedda RISTORANTE PIZZERIA walk along the beach. It was very nice. Stunning pine walks that lead to a nice beach. Pool is for swimming, behind the house up a small hill with a beautiful view (strict times of use, life guard spoiled some fun) Great to have an outdoor shower as we as the one in the house. Lara has clearly thought of her clients, garden is beautiful there was a barbecue we could have used. Directions were great but maybe give the house number once booking is confirmed and what's app house manager if you don't speak Italian. Had a really great time. Thanks Lara

Great location and communication

The property was as expected from the photos and description, and the AC works very well. The space is adequate for up to 4 people although there was only one mug. There are plenty of plates and cooking pans, you will need to buy all the groceries you need as well as toilet roll and washing up liquid and hand soap as there was none available when we visited (small things but good to be aware of). The beds were comfortable, just remember to bring your own bed linen and towels unless you wish to pay an extra charge which is not specifically stated in the description. As others have mentioned, the swimming pool for your use is not the one in the photos and it is difficult to find. On our stay there were works going on so it looked as if it was cordoned off, but through communication with Mrs Lina we worked out how to access it (you have to go left at a tree along a grass path) plus you will need to ask for a pass. This Mrs Lina sent through quickly but it would have been easier if it was provided rather than needing to be asked for. The pool is clean and there is a lifeguard. The directions to the property and how to access it were excellent through videos and maps being sent through a few days before our stay.The area is a quiet residential area and you are opposite a woods and a few minutes walk from both the nearest beach and a sandy one. There are no shops within walking distance so in order to really appreciate your stay in this lovely location you will need a car.

- Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt mit sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck- Perfekt funktionierende Klimaanlage in allen drei Räumen- Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür- Schöner kleiner Garten- Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionieren super- Backofen vorhanden- Internet rech langsam 8Mbit/s- 25 pro Person für Bettwäsche und Handtücher kommen extra (in Bar)- Der Pool ist nicht mehr der auf den Bildern (direkt am Meer) sondern auf dem Berg hinter der Anlage. Mit Gepäck und Kindern ist das zu Fuß schon fast nicht möglich

Nicht weit vom schönen Sandstrand entfernt (ca. 2 Minuten mit dem Auto), liegt das Haus in einer sonnigen Ferienanlage. Schön wäre gewesen wenn es für die Gartenmöbel Auflagen gegeben hätte.

Erholsamer entspannter Urlaub.

Sehr schöne sonnige Tage gehabt Viele tolle Strände in der Nähe, besonders San Teodoro La Cinta! Der Strand direkt beim Haus sind nur Steine aber glasklares Wasser. Der Pool war wohl schon lange Zeit nicht mehr in Betrieb. Das war sehr schade!! Ansonsten Alles ok.

Alles super!!

Wir haben in unseren Osterferien nach einem Ferienhaus gesucht wo wir zu viert als Familie entspannen können. In dem Haus war alles perfekt. Super bequeme Betten, alles sehr durchdacht und alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns unfassbar wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. :-) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Lara war sehr freundlich. Lara hat uns bei vielen Fragen schnell geholfen und ist uns immer entgegen gekommen wenn wir zusätzliche Anfragen hatten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und suchen schon nach einem passenden Termin. :-)

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung in Traumstrandnähe

Zwar ohne Meerblick, aber sobald man ein paar Treppen hinunter gegangen ist und ein paar Meter durch Pinienwald ist man am Meer. Dann nach links oder rechts und schon sind da tolle Sandstrände. Besonders zu empfehlen (nach links): Spiaggia di Porto Ainu. Maximal zehn Minuten am Meer einen netten Weg lang und schon ist man da. Meer und Strand türkis wie in der Karibik , reinklares wasser , mit einem super großen weißen Sandstrand , teilweise umgeben von Pinienbäumen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, super behilflich, haben gleich reagiert, als der Backofen nicht funktionierte und haben auch Restaurant-Tipps auf Lager. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch für sechs Personen, das tolle Sofa lässt sich in der Nacht in ein großes, bequemes Bett verwandeln. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht, auch reichlich Tischdecken und Trockentücher, nur die Knoblauchpresse fehlt, aber die haben wir immer dabei. Budoni ist ein guter Standort für Ausflüge, San Teodoro lohnt sowohl für die Altstadt, als auch für den Wochenmarkt am Mittwoch und jeden Abend für die Trödelstände und die nette Atmosphäre mit Bars und Restaurants. Würden wir jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und genau wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Die Bilder zum Pool stimmen nicht mehr. Es gibt jetzt einen anderen Pool der genutzt werden kann (ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt). Können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls super.

Schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus ist schön mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr ruhig gelegen wenn man von den Renovierungsarbeiten nebenan absieht. Leider war der Pool nicht in Betrieb. Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war gut. Sie hat sich immer gleich gemeldet und sich gekümmert.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, Sonnenschirm, große Töpfen und Pfannen, etc. top ausgestattet. Auf der überdachten Terrasse haben wir super schön gefrühstückt und häufig Abend gegessen. Bei Fragen hat die Vermieterin super schnell geantwortet. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass unsere Tochter in dem Strandabschnitt vor dem Ferienhaus in einen Seeigel getreten ist. Also entweder mit Badeschuhen rein gehen oder wir sind dann mit dem Auto an die Strände von Budoni (8 Min.), Posada (12 Min) oder La Chinta (25 Min.) gefahren. Da gab es dann auch jeweils eine kleine Strandbar.

sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben hier 2 Wochen im Hochsommer als Familie verbracht. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht, es verfügt über ein Wohn- und 2 separate Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es gibt eine Klimaanlage für alle Räume (war im Juli schon wichtig), eine Spülmaschine und für die Kinder wichtig ein gut funktionierendes WLAN. Zudem gibt es einen großen Gemeinschaftspool, der in den Monaten Juni-September geöffnet ist. Schön ist die direkte Lage am Meer (keine 100m). Man muss allerdings ein Auto vor Ort haben. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und die Betreuung vor Ort war auch sehr nett. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Bella casa, da ritornarci

La casa molto bella., a mio parere dovrebbero aggiornare le foto di presentazione sul sito, la casa è meglio che nelle foto attuali. Ottima posizione ma serve assolutamente la macchina per spostarsi, fare la spesa ecc. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario, la lavatrice, lavastoviglie, clima in tutte le stanze, doccia esterna. La cucina è dotata di tutto per poter cucinare. La comunicazione con il Host ottima. La piscina molto bella, peccato per gli orari e la chiusura del giovedì.

On a passé un excellent séjour. Les points positifs sont les suivants : * Disponibilité de la propriétaire à toutes nos question & demandes. * La maison est bien adaptée & équipée. Elle se trouve à proximité des plages paradisiaques de Budoni de la Sardaigne. * La maison correspond à la description de l'annonce. * La maison se trouve à la baie Saint Anna. Un endroit très charmant et bien sécurisée. Les points négatifs : * Aucun commerce ne se trouve à proximité. Il faut être véhiculé On reviendra certainement :)
