60 second walk to the private beach! It feels like Heaven on earth! INTERCOSTAL WATER VIEW from entrance. Located in St. Pete Beach (Historic Pass-A-Grille Beach) where it’s peaceful and beautiful! Our beach is famous for its sugar sand, historic landmarks, shops and restaurants. That cozy beach feeling you've been looking for!

Completely furnished 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bath. Courtyard available for grilling and outdoor family gatherings. Up to 2 parking spaces for your needs. Full size washer/dryer available for guests. This condo is convenient and centrally located for ease of entertainment needs.
FREE WI-FI/FREE TRANSPORTATION with Beach Ride and Trolley bus for
nearby public beach. We are 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, bars, and close to Downtown St. Petersburg. 20 minutes to Tampa Airport!!!! We are 30 minutes to Sarasota and Clearwater beach.

WE HAVE NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE. $300 for under 20 LBS $500 under 50LBS larger than 50 LBS $1,000 PER PET/PER STAY. UPDATED VACCINATION PAPERWORK REQUIRED.

This is my second time to stay here and I absolutely love it! It is a great location if you enjoy an uncrowded beach. Cory is very responsive and goes above and beyond to meet his guests needs. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely be back.

St Petersburg beach house

Great location steps away from a beautiful beach and Cory is the best host you will ever find. We were only staying two nights but we will definitely be back and plan for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend.

Spent a week here in PassAGrille. We are relocating from the Keys and used this location as a headquarters. No better location, steps to a great beach and beautiful water. I highly endorse Cody's place at 2606 Pass A Grille Blvd, St Pete Beach, Florida.

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Closest to beach.

Very easy to find in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood. The space is very clean and the owner is nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The beach access is so close it's like walking to the end of your driveway. The beach has very few people on it, which I love.

Attended a wedding at the Bush House in Passe A Grille. This rental was right across the street so it was like staying at the house with the wedding party. It was a short (3min) walk to the beach too which was nice.

Great place for beach access

Cory is a great host and works hard to be sure you have a pleasant stay. The apartment is extremely clean. The beach is almost private because it is a private access. We will return the next time we visit the St. Pete area.

A very clean and convenient home!

This home is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The a/c works great and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use. The unit is also just steps from the beach. The location is great for access to either Pass-A- Grille or the main strip of St. Pete Beach. Cory is a great host! Overall a great place to stay!

Such a perfect place for our stay in St Pete's Beach. Nearly private beach, easy stroll to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Cory was wonderful and was available for any question we had. Thank you and we hope to come back when we can hopefully get some better weather! Thank you!

This unit is spotless and in a great location just a minute or two from the beach. Cory is welcoming and accommodating. The unit has everything you need. Pass A Grille is a quiet but charming little beach town. A great place to go to relax. I would go back happily.

Perfect location and owner Cory was extremely nice. Clean, safe and comfortable.

Spent a week with my daughter- visiting my parents. Had anything you could want for the beach. I timed it- 45 second walk to a very quiet part of the beach. Stayed up by the dunes relaxing and watching the people walking up from St. Pete to the grill. So fun.

Location Location Location!

We had a great stay and the location can’t be beat. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Property states that it sleeps 5 comfortably. I’d say that’s a little bit of a stretch. We made it work and the property owner was more than helpful with anything we needed. We would probably not come back as a family of 4 and try to stay somewhere a little bigger. All in all, would definitely come back to this location, especially to the other property on site that has an additional bedroom.
