3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bathroom Nantucket-style house in Surfside with a private walkway to the beach. Tucked away on a quiet road with a circular driveway. Bright, open living area. Large deck overlooking landscaped backyard. Short drive to town.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Wireless internet throughout the house with Samsung Smart TVs in living room, master suite and twin suite.

Backyard has a pool, hot tub and complete privacy. The house has central AC and heat with individual controls in each bedroom to customize the temperature for all guests.

One week minimum stay for July and August.

Stunning property in the heart of Surfside. Walking distance to the beach with beautiful backyard pool/spa. Check-in process was very easy and the host was excellent with communication throughout the process! Hope to come back!

Amazing Inside and Out

I have to mention the owners first. They are incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and meticulous with their communications and their home. Every detail is spelled out and the amenities are wonderful. Our adult family of four rented the home for 10 days and the 3 BR layout was cozy and comfortable while the yard/pool/spa made you not want to leave the property. The location is also perfect; two miles from the airport (but quiet), out of the town crowds, and just a short walk to the beach. Bike paths are also near, as is the WAVE bus if needed.

Great surfside retreat on Nantucket!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute surfside cottage on Nantucket. It has a wonderful fenced in backyard and beautiful pool and spa. Highly recommend.

The best Memorial Day Weekend!

We had the best weekend staying at this property, the location and home could not have been better. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, definitely recommend!

We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your home. The welcome packet you provided was very helpful & we took advantage of many of your recommendations. The pool made such a difference to us! We loved the pool! The house was well outfitted with ample towels and supplies. We had many a lunch on the deck. The en suites are much appreciated too. Great location - away from the fray but still close to the action! Beautiful beach. Our hosts were very responsive -even months ahead of the reservation. We will recommend to others! Thank you.

Great Location for a family!

Would definitely recommend this house. It's tucked onto a quiet lot in a great area of Nantucket. Walkable to the beach, which has food and bathroom available. Close to bike/jogging path. The house was clean upon arrival. Communication with owner was flawless. The house has a large backyard with grill, deck, large pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. My family had a wonderful week! Thanks !

Perfect getaway

Great house for our girls trip. Location was close to the beach and close to town. We loved swimming in the pool everyday. We had bikes delivered to the house and ride them most of the places we went. House is not fancy, but comfortable. We felt very at home there.

Nantucket Wedding Weekend

My friends and I (all grown adults) stayed at Karin's lovely home for a dear friend's wedding. While we only spent two nights on the property, we each remarked that we would love to return for a longer stay. The home was just beautiful. It comfortably sleeps 6 with four bathrooms and is very clean. The heated pool was an extra bonus. Karin was a very kind and generous host, offering to walk us through any issues that we may come across (although we had none!). We would love to return some day in the near future. Thank you, Karin for making us feel so at home!

Great area and lovely house

We were in Nantucket for a 70th birthday party with a baby. There were four of us. We loved it. Big family home with everything you need. Lovely pool and hot tub. Hot tub did not work first day but got fixed the next day. We ate at home most of the time using BBQ and ate out downtown one night. Would advise a car and a restaurant reservation. The house is as represented.

Wonderful ACK escape!

While we've been to Nantucket before, this was our first time vacationing there with our two young boys and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house was wonderful - very clean, plenty of space and fully stocked with essentials & amenities. We especially appreciated the pool/beach gear, books & toys for the kids and a highchair that our 18-month old could use. The yard was beautiful and fenced in, so we felt very comfortable letting our dog run around while we were enjoying the pool and hot tub. It was a short, easy walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. Karin was very easy to communicate with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Just a great all-around experience. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home. Not only was the property perfect for our family with two young kids but the owners could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating. Due to COVID 19 we had to change the dates of our vacation and the owners worked with us to make our new dates work seamlessly. Additionally we were unable to find a rental car and they were kind enough to loan us their car for the week. The home itself was beautiful and well stocked with linens, beach gear, cooking tools, cleaning supplies, and perhaps most convenient, an excellent supply of childrenā€™s toys and books. We would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our family of 6 - felt like home away from home

From pre arrival to departure hosts were extremely responsive. House made us feel like we were in our own. Had all the conveniences needed and layout was very comfortable. Very nice walk to an amazing beach. Property was completely enclosed so it made it comfortable and so that we didnā€™t have to worry about letting our dog run around. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at a very nice property with fab hosts!

We just returned home from five days at this home in Nantucket and it was great! While we've been going to Nantucket for years, this was our first stay at a rental property...and we're glad we did. The house is even nicer than its description - beautiful setting, well designed on the inside, well stocked, gorgeous pool and hot tub in a very private setting. If you've been to Nantucket before, you know how difficult it is to find such a nice property with these amenities and a very private setting. In addition to the great property, the owners were wonderful, reaching out from the very beginning with helpful information on the property and surrounding areas and reacahing out as our arrival came near to check on our specific desires. We stay at rentals around the world and this was one of the best...our thanks to Karin and John!

Wonderful!!!!!

We (me and my 5 sisters) went to Nantucket for a long weekend to surprise my other sister,(yes, that's 7 sisters) who lives on Nantucket, for her 60th birthday. We stayed at this home and it was absolutely PERFECT. John and Karin could not have been more accommodating. Even though it was mid October and raining, we managed to use the pool and hot tub everyday. If your looking for a true Nantucket feeling in a place to stay, this is it!! It is very private, yet a short walk to the beach (surf side). We can't say enough about this place. We hope to make this a yearly event. Thank you John and Karin. You have a very special home.
