Quiet relaxing stay

Had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded but close to eating and shopping opportunities. We are NMSU alums and appreciate coming to visit Las Cruces as often as we can.

March Getaway

This was our second visit to this lovely Las Cruces property and everything was just as we remembered from March of 2024. Well appointed with everything that one could possibly need, great kitchen, quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping. We whiled away many hours reading in the New Mexico sun. Such a treat! As we left behind ā€˜mud seasonā€™; spring snow and ice storms.

When guests return repeatedly, an house must be good; this is our fourth stay. We always feel like weā€™re walking into a home that is ready for the owners to return knowing they have everything they need. Nothing feels like itā€™s been grabbed cheaply and thrown in. Within the house, temperature controls are great, rooms are spacious, they provide plush robes, and the kitchen is fully stocked with serving and cooking supplies that are high quality and plentiful. There are games, books, and puzzles provided. The house is immaculate, communication with the owners is exceptional, and the pool is well-maintained and wonderful in the summer. This feels like a home away from home.

This home checked all our requirements for a four day stay in Las Cruces. Conveniently located for day trips to National Parks and hiking trails. Close to downtown shopping and great restaurants. The home was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Carol was very helpful at making our stay perfect. We would definately stay at this property again.

Great House!!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's since 2009 and this one is one of the nicest and well supplied I've been in. The house is very easy to find and very clean. The pool and hot but are awesome and very, very private. The neighborhood was great it was quiet and had some nice walking/hiking, Dog walking trails. Convenient to everything you need, some really good restaurants and grocery stores. Absolutely would stay again.

Beautiful house in convenient location

We were very happy with the neighborhood and convenient location. House was well stocked; beds were comfortable and thoughtful items were left such as spa robes, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. We had a problem one night with the HVAC but owners were able to get a replairman out and property manager meet him while we were out site seeing. Hot tub is a little complicated but owners provide detailed instructions at the house. I would stay there again.

Quiet neighborhood, great stay.

This trip was not much fun because the purpose of the trip was to visit a dying dear friend. However, it was so nice to return from a stressful day and enjoy the wonderful home and relax in the pool and spa. The neighborhood is on the edge of town and there are many walking and hiking opportunities in the desert just a few minutes from the home. I highly recommend this rental.

Awesome Home with Amazing Amenities!

The PERFECT place for a girlsā€™ weekend with old friends celebrating a 60th birthday and also planning a retirement move! The house is so lovely and has so many great amenities and unexpected treats!! The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the bedrooms/baths are comfortable - beds are great! LOVED the master bath and closet - very envious! The pool is perfect!! Instructions left for visitors and clear and working with our host, Carol, was a delight! If I could give it a 20 I would! 10 seems inadequate! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!!

Convenient

We planned to walk 2-3 miles daily. Hike in the desert and the mountains. We planned to golf 2-3 days a week. We were able to do all of these activities with convenience. The golf courses were close. We walked the neighborhood and the desert trails just up the street. Dripping Springs was a short drive away.

Our month in Las Cruces

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Las Cruces. The home met our needs just perfectly. Everything that we could possibly have needed was provided, from towels to paper towels! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was incredibly well outfitted! Having a washer and dryer was a life saver! The outdoor space was perfect despite it being too early in the year to enjoy the pool. We spent many hours outside reading in the sun; a real treat for us New Englanders, escaping the month of March. We found that grocery shopping was more than convenient. It will feel like home

This is our third stay here in 2 summers. Each time the stay has been just what we needed. The pool is wonderful, and a necessary respite in a very hot Las Cruces summer. The house is cool and comfortable, when everything you need supplied. It is noteworthy that many vacation rentals have things that were obviously only supplied to get people by, like flimsy silverware or cookware, a tiny coffee pot, etc. This home, however, really feels like it has been stocked to be used by someone living there, making it easy to feel at home. Similarly, many vacation homes are generally clean, but this house is immaculate--they even ensure that things like the often-overlooked baseboards and intake AC vents have been cleaned. Carol is so easy to work with as well, and ensures that the landscaping and pool are maintained during your stay. Highly recommended, once again.

The location of our home is perfect for guests with easy access to the freeway, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which is peaceful with no busy roads. Within two miles there is all the shopping and dining you need. We know that the temperatures pick up in the summer and the pool is gorgeous. Perfect private back yard for grilling out in the summer. Suitable for adults only.
