Villa “La Paiara” is a wonderful and charming residence with a centuries-old typical Salento trullo, overlooking the Ionian Sea and offering fantastic sea views. Located in Torre Vado (LE), it is immersed in a 700-square-meter garden-park with centuries-old olive trees and abundant fig, grape, and prickly pear plants.

Villa “La Paiara” is not just any residence; here it is possible to enjoy a dream holiday in complete relaxation thanks to the sea view, the healthy country air, and the typically Mediterranean style that conveys serenity and enthusiasm. The villa features land enclosed by traditional dry-stone walls, arranged in terraces that gently slope down toward the sea.

The double bedroom is a typical Salento structure called a “liama,” consisting of a barrel vault covered in carparo stone.

The house consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a covered veranda, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, a washing machine, a TV, and private parking inside the property.
