Ocean House #2706 is a west corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 7th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the over-sized living area. In addition to the sofa sleeper there is a full size murphy cabinet bed in living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with new walk-in shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The 3rd bathroom is accessed via the living/hall area with a tub/shower combo.

**Flying in? This condo comes with a free 2020 Chevrolet Equinox to use during your stay age limit 23. When you fly into the Gulf Shores or Pensacola airport, a 2020 Chevy Equinox is available for your use with no rental fee! Wash, vacuum and fill-up the gas when you leave!
Contact office for detailed information. Once booking is made more information about driver's license and instructions will be provided.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23 Sleeps 8.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - cash only. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association. At this time parking passes are $40 each through 2026.


STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Nice stay

Stayed at this building before, this unit was the best. Nice on the end, living quarters were great. Would be nice to have blackout curtains in the guest bedroom (very bright in mornings) & some lighting in the showers of the guests bathrooms (very dark when showering). Overall very clean & will book for future trips!

Condo sets the bar for excellent amenities and standards for other owners to meet. We will stay again. Location, views from ocean and front sides provides great sunsets.

Ocean House is the best

Ocean House is my favorite condo! I love that it’s only 9 floors! Beach front and it has the best pool for when the littles need a break from the beach! I have been staying here for years but this was my first time in this unit. It was beautiful! Had plenty of space and all the things needed for a weeks stay! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Never any problems Oceon House has great location, zero entry pool, quiet, and short distance to water. All the people we have come across have been friendly and relaxed. Plenty of room with great beds. Check out Murphy bed and sofa bed. You will not be disappointed.Corner unit makes the room feel bright and airy.

Summer's Spring Beach Trip

I have stayed in this particular unit several times in the past. The owners have done nice updates. It is a spacious and comfortable end unit. The bedrooms do not face the beach, not a big problem for me. I really like to sit on the balcony and read and the zero entry pool is really nice. we had a couple of hick-ups but the management was quick to respond. The only thing I didn't like was the garbage pick-up is at 4:45am and I am a very light sleeper, but I would still rent this unit again if i could get a good price on the stay.

Nice Place

Nice place. Pool was the best one on the beach that we could see. Perfect temperature for the kids. Pool attendants/security made it a little difficult for friends of our family to enjoy the pool together. I imagine they need to have rules to keep total strangers out of the pool, but they could have been slightly more accommodating in that sense. Not a huge deal however. A few hidden fees (Parking/Cleaning/etc.) that add to the overall cost that aren't provided in the initial advertised cost, but nothing outrageous.

GIVING UP ON GULF SHORES RENTAL

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WEVE STAYED AT OCEAN HOUSE CONDO THRU GULF SHORES RENTALS FOR YEARS NOW. WE LIKED TO STAY TWO WEEKS AT A TIME. SOMETIMES MORE WHEN WE CAN GET IT. WE LIKED IT MORE THAN ANY OTHER CONDO WEVE STAYED IN BUT THE LAST THREE VACATIONS HAVE BEEN NIGHTMARES. SOME ELEVATOR PROBLEMS, 3 YEARS AGO THERE WAS A SHOOT OUT BETWEEN THE POLICE AND A GUY WHO THEN JUMPED TO HIS DEATH FROM THE 8TH OR 9TH FLOOR COMMITING SUICIDE. WE WERE FORCED TO STAY IN OUR ROOM FOR THE HOLE NEXT DAY DURING THE INVESTIGATION. LAST YEAR HURICANE SALLY WAS COMING IN AND NO EVACUAION ORDERS WERE GIVIN WHICH MENT WE WOULD LOOSE OUR MONEY IF WE LEFT EARLY. SALLY TURNED AND CAME INTO GULF SHORES. NO POWER AND NO WATER. TWO DAYS LATER AFTER THE WATER OVER THE ROAD WENT DOWN THEN WE WERE ASK TO LEAVE. OUR VEHICLE HAD ABOUT $6,000.00 in body damage. WE WERE ONLY REIMBURSTED FOR THE TIME LEFT ON OUR STAY AFTER WE LEFT. THIS YEAR WE MADE RESERVATIONS TO GO BACK TO OCEAN HOUSE BUT AFTER IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL AND GET OUR MONEY BACK WE GOT AN EMAIL FROM GULF SHORES RENTAL SAYING THAT THE POOL AND POOL AREA WOULD BE CLOSED DURING OUR STAY. DUE TO SAND IN THE POOL AND POOL AREA AND NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE GIVIN. WE DECIDED TO GO ANYWAY BECAUSE WE DIDNT WANT TO LOSE OUR MONEY. THERE WERE DAYS THEN NOBODY WAS WORKING ON THE POOL AND DAYS WHERE ONLY 1 OR 2 WERE WORKING. VERY DISAPOINTING. WE LEFT TWO DAYS EARLY.WE KNOW THAT GULF SHORE RENTAL CAN'T CONTROL THE WEATHER AND EVERTHING ELSE BUT WHEN YOUR PAYING RENTAL FOR A COMDO AND YOUR MADE TO STAY IN YOUR CONDO FOR CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATIONS, FLOODED ROAD WAYS AND NO POWER OR WATER, SAND IN THE POOL AND POOL AREA AND THIS HAPPENS FOE THREE VACATIONS IN A ROW GULF SHORE RENTAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE WILLING TO REIMBURSE US FOR THE TIME WE COULDNT USE WHAT WE WERE PAYING FOR. WHEN I TALKED TO GULF SHORES RENTAL ON THE PHONE THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING WAS FRENDLY AND RESPECTFUL BUT COULD NOT HELP. ITS TIME TO JUST MAKE DIFFERENT PLANS.

One of my favorite condos!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo Is very clean, comfortable and attractive. It is well stocked in the kitchen and has 3 full baths and two bedrooms. I enjoyed being on the side of the condo so the view from the porch is expansive and the porch furniture comfortable and useful. Also, the smaller patio off the primary bedroom has a great view of the lagoon. Hope to stay here again.
