Beautiful condo on the Beach with Heated Pool, Pickleball, free WiFi & parking!

Our 4th floor condo in building A has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher block island with 3 bar stools, plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and small appliances (listed below). The bedroom has a King size Serta pillow top mattress, bedding, dresser, desk with chair, nightstands, ceiling fan with wall mounted 32' TV. There is a room divider to separate the bedroom from the living area. Full memory foam sleeper sofa in living area, has 55' TV and DVD player.
The Bathroom has a 36 inch vanity with granite top. a new 5 ft tiled walk-in shower, sliding glass mirrored closets doors, with a large closet that has plenty of towels for your use!
For your convenience we also have beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, noodles, and games, videos and books!
Estero Beach and Tennis Club is situated on 10 lush tropical acres at the southern end of Fort Myers with 7 miles of the finest white sand in the world. Walk out your back door and enjoy the wildlife that can be seen in the estuary on the way to the beach. We have a beautiful heated pool, New tennis and pickleball courts, gas grills, shuffleboard and a laundry area.
If you choose to go off the property no worries, you dont need a car or taxi, simply walk across the street to Santina Plaza and enjoy many restaurants and shopping. There is a 7 Eleven and CVS right next door. Fish Tale Marina also across the street where you can rent boats, kayaks, and do dolphin tours! If your looking for more adventure you can take the island trolley for 75 cents which stops right in front of our place and takes you up and down the 7 miles of Ft Myers Beach. To the north end is the popular Time Square and to the south is Lovers Key State park. There is also a Publix grocery store 2 miles north.
Fort Myers is centrally located, only minutes to Bonita/Naples to the South and Sanibel/Captiva to the north. You will never run out of things to do! We are just 29 miles from Fort Myers Airport. The studio was clean but much smaller than I had anticipated. It was a street view and closer to the elevators, which we could hear.The biggest plus was the building was right on this beautiful beach, anyone we met in the building was friendly and close enough to Fort Myers for restaurants and other activities.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and welcoming. The property is peaceful and everyone was very friendly. The pool was great. The beach was clean and peaceful. Beach chairs, cooler and towels were provided which was a great amenity. We ate at some awesome restaurants and on 2 days during the week there was a Farmers Market across the street where we you can pick up breakfast and lunch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

May getaway

The condo is on the quiet end of Estero Island. The beach has been beautifully restored post hurricanes. Although the businesses in the area are still recovering we found everything we needed nearby. Keith and Melissa are awesome hosts. We highly recommend the condo.

Great stay!!

Beautiful condo on the beach in Fort Myers. Very clean and the beach was a two minute walk from the lobby. Trolley stop was right across the street and many restaurants were open. Still lots of storm cleanup going on but it didnā€™t interfere with our vacation at all! We will use this place again!!

Ft. Myers Beach Vacation

Property was clean and very well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, spices, beach chairs and towels. While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around.

Excellent choice

Everything was perfect with this trip. From the communication with the host to the white sandy beaches, we will definitely stay here or in another one of the hostā€™s rentals. Melissa was timely, friendly, and communicative. The condo is equipped with anything you need. The beach is very close and the pool was refreshing. Everyone we ran across was friendly and helpful. Had a great time!

Cute and convenient

Although Ft Myers Beach is still building back from hurricane Ian; this property is up and going. Everyone was very nice, property was clean and cozy. Itā€™s just steps away from the beach with quite a few shells.

Amazingly clean and comfortable!

Clean and comfortable, relaxing and stress free. Owner is amazing and supplies beach and pool items so if youā€™re flying no need to worrying about packing that stuff, right down to a cooler! Owner was very clear with check in and process was of course simple. Pool was amazing, met and hung out with great folks. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and easy trip. FMB is rebuilding so keep that in mind. Plenty to do and see if thatā€™s what youā€™re looking for.

Fort Meyers on the Beach

The condo was as described. Everything needed for my week stay was there and in working order. Even with the construction going on it was still a very nice experience. Publix and 7-Eleven close and convenient. Laundry room on the Lobby floor was clean and easy to useā€¦quarters needed for both washer & dryer. Best time for beach walk is definitely low tide. Not a ā€œnewā€ condo but all-in-all everything I needed was on hand and as described in the listing.

Estero beach and tennis condo

We expected to be cancelled due to the hurricanes Helene and Milton. Pool was closed opened four days after arrival. One elevator was working one was out of order. Surrounding areas were still being repaired with trucks and bulldozers working immediately next to the pool area. No stores/restaurants open nearby.

Nice compact unit

The unit itself was as described in the listing, but the amenities on site were still suffering from Ian damage. Pool wasn't open and laundry facilities were limited; construction work was on-going around all three buildings. It was nice to see the steady progress on the repairs, and the property should soon be back (close) to what it was.
