Fully furnished vacation rental home with all the amenities for a fantastic work/ vacation experience. There is a gas fireplace, gourmet island kitchen, dry bar area with wine cooler, balcony off master bedroom, newer carpet in bedrooms and stairs, travertine tile on the ground floor and in all the bathrooms. There is a covered patio with a brand new table for that seats 6, 4 sun loungers, sound system wired to poolside rock speakers, swimming pool with water features.

Cardinals, Diamondbacks and Arizona Stadiums are just 15 to 20 minutes away. Mayo Primary Care Clinic is only 16 minutes away. Conveniently located to 101 and I17 free-way access - 3 to 5 mins drive.

Our home is also close to shopping, movie theaters, restaurants. Go Ballooning or take a drive to see the Grand Canyon (2 hrs and 30 mins) or mystical Sedona (90 mins). There is even an Aquarium, Musical Instrument Museum (15 mins) and indoor Skydiving facility (iFly) is less than half hour away.

Great place.

Very nice place with everything you need. ample amenities. Garage use makes it nice.good host. Seems to be very interested in you needs. She even put a dog door up for our use.

Week Shooting at the SASS World Championship

Had a great stay this is the second time we stayed at this property stayed back in 2020. We had a great stay both times. Great place beautiful backyard.

We would like to return

Very nice home: spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Fabulous back yard - if only the weather would have been warmer. Owners were responsive to our questions and were receptive to letting us bring our cat. Best compliment we can give is that we would like to return next year.

Beautiful Home/Pool Getaway

We had an excellent time at our stay in Arizona at this property. It was clean and had all the amenities that were needed besides having a beautiful backyard with pool that was tropical. We hope to be back again. Would definitely recommend this house as the host was also great at getting back to us if we had any questions.

Perfect Home

While in town for a week long baseball tournament, this spacious home was perfect for us. It was immaculate, easy to navigate with clear instructions, and well stocked with all the conveniences of home. The backyard and pool added to our great experience in Glendale. Indy was friendly, attentive, and was easy to reach through text and email. We will definitely be back : )

Relax Recharge

We enjoyed this beautiful home and tropical backyard. Access from here to all the places we visited was easy and under 2 hour drive. Thanks Indy & Kathryn for providing a home away from home. We recommend and will be back!

Overall property is nice. The neighborhood had some homeless hanging around and not very clean. Had a little trouble not hearing from property owner but overall not a bad house. Back yard and pool are very nice!

Wonderful Property

Indy and Kathryn provided a lovely stay for the Holidays and into the winter!We were thrilled to see the Christmas trees and beautiful decorations on arrival as this was our first experiment at a "brown Christmas".We were so impressed at the cleanliness, the tasteful decorations, comfortable furnishings and how very well stocked the home is! The kitchen and bar area were especially appreciated for how thoughtfully appointed for an extended stay. We spent most of our time outdoors(coming from MN winter) so the yard and pool area were such a hit! Communication with Indy excellent..

This house is my new gold standard

I started writing this review in my head the minute we arrived. We stay in rental houses frequently, and this house has now become the house against which all others will be judged. We have hopes of moving to Arizona, and every time we are here we looks at different areas to determine where we'd like to live. This house has changed what I'm looking for. It is easily the nicest place I have ever stayed. Inside simply feels like an oasis. So much room. Beautiful layout. Big high ceilings. Kitchen is beautiful and has everything one might consider needing. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner here and needed nothing. Everything is high quality. Fully equipped laundry room, garage parking with an automatic opener. Often rental houses do NOT have comfortable furniture - I assume the thinking is you are in the area to go out and do things? - but this house has two large rooms with comfortable couches perfect for TV or reading a book. I could go on and on about each bedroom and bathroom. Loved the master bedroom with sitting area, the large master bath, and even a small private deck. Backyard pool was clean and the patio is lit at night making it perfect to sit outside. Note - the noise from the nearby freeway is present but was never obnoxious nor did it take away from all the other very good features of the house. The owner was attentive and responsive. No complaints at all in that regard. Can't say enough good things about our stay at this house.

Visiting for family wedding

Reservation process was super easy. Indy was very responsive when I reached out for questions and to extend our stay 1 extra day. He also let us check in early which was very much appreciated. House was great! Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was our favorite spot! The only drawbacks were that the pool wasn't heated (we knew that going in) so it was pretty cold but that didn't stop us from using it. The landscaping in the back could use a good once over to remove fallen leaves, twigs and fruit that fell from the trees. Overall though a great house, family vacation and Indy was a great host! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Trip to meet our first grandchild!

Loved the property, it was so close to our son’s house. We loved the patio and used it to “social distance” when our son and his wife and baby came over! We will definitely rent again.

Great Place to stay

Property was much larger than expected and well equipped. The pool was nice, unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy it for one day. The weather was unusual and rained several days and was too cool to jump in the pool. However, we still enjoyed sitting on the back patio a lot. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!

UNCLEAN

The house as a whole was very unclean I clean houses for a living and this house would not have pass my inspection! My husband and I both got a great number of flea bites we refuse to set on the couches after that so it made it very unpleasant would not stay there again

Not as expected

I first want to clarify I have been in contact with Indy, who has been made aware of the items needing attention. I'm not here to bash the home that we feel grateful to have rented, but I also believe when you pay for something, it should be as advertised. Here is what we experienced... -I had sent a message to Indy a week before checking in and never got a response; I started to get nervous when I hadn't heard back and we were getting ready to drive 12 hours to the home; I messaged him again the day before..didn't hear back; Finally, I messaged him the day we were driving to Arizona and got a response apologizing for the "delayed response." Luckily we had access to get into the home once we connected with Indy. -Upon arrival, it was 117 degrees, our 3 kids wanted to just cool off and jump in a pool.... Sadly, the pool was green with algae. I immediately called Indy who said his pool guy was coming out the next day. Once the pool guy came, he had to put so much chemicals in, we couldn't use the pool for another day...So NO pool for first 2 days of our trip..huge bummer!! -HVAC system couldn't keep up with the high temperatures! There is 2 systems...one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The downstairs never got below 78 (which was doable), But the upstairs was a consistent 88-91 degrees! We couldn't sleep upstairs ... Too hot!! Indy was notified, he sent out his HVAC service guy who added some Freon... didn't really help much. Indy also told us we can't expect the system to cool off below 80 degrees...hmmm.. we live in 100+ degree temperatures at home and our 1-unit system has no problem cooling the upstairs. Overall, when you go on a vacation with kids, most people want comfortable accommodations and a pool for kids... we had no pool for 2 days and a HOT house for the whole week. Hopefully Indy will make the necessary changes for future renters so they don't have the same experience. I'm also in contact with Indy, who has promised to compensate us for a portion of our stay.

Backyard is very tropical

The backyard is like a mini oasis. But the neighbors tree is like a condo for birds. And the freeway traffic noise was louder than I thought it would be. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice.

We live in Vancouver, Canada. Our 1st trip to the Arizona valley was as recent as 2010 and we totally fell in love with the area. After a few visits, we knew we wanted to make this area our 2nd home.. If our kids weren't so young, Arizona would already have become our 1st home.

It not only offers bright & healthy sunshine 330+ days of the year, the area has great entertainment for adults and children alike. It's very central to everything. Phoenix Skyharbour Airport is 25 minutes from the home. Sedona is 1 hour and 45 minute. The Grand Canyon is only 3 hours away.

Our street is like a cul-de-sac and hence very quiet and safe. Our neighbours are also super nice and helpful.

As we are in the travel business and have been very fortunate to have traveled all over the world. This gives us the experience in what a family on vacation needs, and also tap into design ideas from staying at major high end hotels such at Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Fairmont and Shangri La to name a few. We have tried to instil some of these designs and styles to our home including Down duvets, Ralph Lauren pillows etc.
