Updated Eagle-Vail 4 bedroom Duplex with Private Hot Tub and Sauna. Sleeps 10.

This renovated Eagle Vail duplex offers a spacious open floor plan that is ideal for a mountain vacation. The second floor consists of the main living area with large combined living and dining area which the kitchen opens onto. The living room features a wood burning fireplace and 65' mounted TV. The indoor living space opens onto a large indoor deck in a glass enclosed atrium as well as a large outdoor deck with chairs to enjoy the mountain views. The first floor of the glass atrium features a brand new 6 person hot tub perfect for enjoying after a long day in the mountains.

The house sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. The master suite is located on the second floor with a king bed and attached master bath with large walk in shower. The master also has its own 40' TV. The first floor has three bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms have queen beds with the third set up as a bunk room. It has 2 sets of bunks with a twin on top and a full below. There is an additional 40' TV in the bunk room. The first floor has two full baths with the larger one featuring a sauna.

Eagle Vail is conveniently located right between Vail and Beaver Creek. The Beaver Creek skiing parking lots are located less than three miles away and Vail is 8 miles away.
Eagle Vail is a mountain community just minutes from restaurants, groceries and anything you could need on your vacation. Eagle Vail's amenities include the Eagle Vail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3, Swimming Pool, Pavilion, tennis courts, sports fields, community parks, open space and Eagle Vail Trails for both hiking and biking. Quality waters are nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking.

Great Skiing Stay!

Beautiful home close to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We very much enjoyed our stay and the interactions with the host was great! Would highly recommend for a family trip!

Christmas in Vail

We enjoyed our stay at Christmas time. It was easy to find and had everything needed for meals there. Close to both ski resorts so easy to visit both. Enjoyed the house amenities such as the sauna and hot tub.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. There was my family of 5 along with my sisters family of 4 and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk room and it was a great escape for them at the end of a long day of skiing. The location was perfect...close enough to ski Vail and just a few minutes from Beaver Creek. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property. Well stocked, very clean, easily the nicest VRBO we have rented. One minor issue- the beds were listed as queens and one room had a full, not a queen. Would visit here again.

Great place for our extended family

This home was perfect for our extended family with three generations The little ones participated in a wedding at a local church and then we had a wonderful celebration at the nearby Pavillion. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Great location

The property is an easy 10 minute drive to both Vail and Beaver Creek. The kitchen was very well stocked and the extra games were helpful in entertaining our kiddos after the slopes. Check in/out went smoothly. Great week!

Stop your search, this is the perfect home for your vacation!!

This house is amazing!!! Hands down the most vacation friendly house I have ever stayed in. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. The distance to BC is 5 minutes (the parking lots, where you can catch the bus up) and Vail is 10 minutes away. Parking works well. The neighbors are super nice and in the neighborhood-the roads are plowed often. This is a great house for your next vacation!

Was great to be back in the Vail Valley, we skied with friends for almost 25 years in Vail when I had my own property there, after selling it we didnt ski for 2 years,so it was great fir our compsnionship, house was good we loved it

Wonderful ski vacation

We had three families (total of 4 adults and 4 kids) who stayed for about 10 days as a ski vacation at Beaver Creek. The property was perfect. We were really close to the mountain, which made it easy to get to the slopes, and back. The hot tub was an AMAZING bonus, and may have saved our legs on numerous occasions. In addition, we loved having use of the fireplace, along with the wood in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in and communications with owner were great. Kitchen well stocked in all ways. New bathrooms and kitchen. Games available and TVs in every bedroom. Comfy beds and bedding. Stairs were a challenge at this altitude.

Perfect Location to Ski/Snowboard

My group and I really enjoyed our 6 day stay. The home was very clean upon arrival. We used the kitchen a lot, which was well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices, and pans. We appreciated the amount of bathrooms this place has for a group of 9 people. The hot tub was also enjoyable after a long day of riding in the mountain. The host Chris responded in a timely manner whenever I had a question or concern before and during our stay. I definitely would recommend to this place!

Fun Ski Weekend

I received the check in instructions well in advance of my stay, and Chris was even so kind as to provide the address so we could ship an additional pack n play to the property and have groceries delivered. The duplex was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. For example, I always appreciate when rentals don't completely clean out the cabinets between renters, so there was S&P, spices, coffee filters, etc. Check out was just as easy! The parking was a bit confusing, so just be ready to play a little Tetris. Was a quick drive to the Elk Lot for bus service to Beaver Creek. Would stay again!

Well Done

An excellent accommodation in all aspects. Very clean and appointed nicely and everything worked! The only issue which was solved immediately by host contact was a change in WiFi password from one posted. Super location between Beaver Creek and Vail just short drive to either. You will not be disappointed.

Great house - Close to both Beaver Creek and Vail

We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. Very comfortable for a party of 8 guests. The house was immaculately clean and well maintained. The check-in process was clear and the check-out process was easy and quick. All the bathrooms are newly renovated, the beds are comfortable and there were ample linens and towels. The kitchen was well-stocked and all appliances worked great. The hot tub was clean, easy to operate and was a great bonus at the end of the ski day. Property and neighborhood were quiet with lots of friendly neighbors walking dogs and enjoying the outdoors. The property is very convenient to dining, activities and the highway. Great place!

Great house near Vail and Beaver Creek

Our group was very happy with the house, everything was as expected or better. Communication was excellent, all instructions very clear, and Chris was very responsive. Neighborhood is quiet and tucked away yet very close to highway, stores and ski resorts. House was very clean and comfortable, and we all enjoyed it and all the amenities (hot tub, sauna). If I would call out anything, it’s that it’s actually better than the listing since the living room was updated with new furniture and looks nicer than the current photos. We would definitely recommend it.

A Wonderful Week in the Snow!!

If you are wanting to visit Vail and Beaver Creek this is the perfect location!! It’s about a 10-minute drive to both. The home is perfect for a large group with plenty of room to spread out. We had 9 in our group and never felt crowded. We have been to many VRBOs and I can honestly say none have been as well stocked as this home. You seriously just need food. They have loads of pots, pans, large bowls, cookie sheets, cheese graters, silverware and utensils. There is a cabinet up of spices and sauces which is much appreciated! The beds were very comfortable including the bunk beds. The 3.5 bathrooms is a huge plus for a large group. Everything was very clean upon arrival and the check in/out process super simple. It’s a duplex so the parking space is shared with the other side so 3 cars is definitely the most you could have. The hot-tub was an amazing bonus after a long day of skiing! The living area is super comfy and the wood burning fireplace is terrific!Honestly I can’t say enough how great this home is. We’ll definitely be back!! Thank you Chris for being such a terrific host!!
