This unit looks straight down the beach access. It has a plush tropical setting looking outside at your surroundings! This unit is located across the street from the JW Marriott Resort and is approximately 100 ft from the beautiful Marco beach. The unit includes 2 large LED/LCD TVs with cable and free high-speed wireless internet. There is a desk in the unit and a multi-function wi-fi printer if you must work. The bedroom is the largest 1BD condo in the building and features a coastal bedroom set with a king-size bed. The bedroom layout is larger and has a more spacious bedroom than the majority of units in the building. The Pottery Barn couch has a queen-size pullout. The bathroom is updated with dual sinks and amazing glass tile. The condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. We have several beach supplies in the condo for your enjoyment as well as the most basic necessities. The main level of the complex has a great heated pool, tennis court, and grill for cooking out. Included, 2 beach bikes for your enjoyment. Condo is deep cleaned before every visit by outstanding cleaning service. There is a $25 one-time user fee at check-in in the office by the association.
