Welcome to our site! We invite you to become part of our family. We want you to experience luxury vacationing at an affordable price. Imagine all the comforts of home, a pool just off of your balcony, and an abundance of dining, shopping, recreation and attractions just a short drive away.

This two bedroom (2 king beds) , 2 bath condo in the Myrtlewood golf community is near the center of fabulous Myrtle Beach SC and less than a one mile drive to the ocean.
The space
This all new updated vacation condo is a great place to bring your family and friends. You will feel right at home when you walk into this beautifully decorated second floor condo. This unit has stairs, and no elevators.
The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counter tops, a large stainless steel sink, and all new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a quiet dinner in or you will have many top restaurants close by to choose from.
The living room has a new, comfortable reclining sofa and two reclining chairs with a 65" smart TV and ceiling fan.
Off of the living room you will have a nice spacious balcony that overlooks the pool, grilling station and golf course with amazing sunsets every night!
The dining room has a round table with 4 chairs and four barstools at the bar.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, tv, ceiling fan and a large walk in closet that has beautiful views of the golf course and swimming pool. This bedroom has a private full bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan with an attached bathroom that has a laundry area behind double doors with a full washer and dryer.
Located in Myrtlewood Golf Club, Magnolia North. It is the perfect vacation home if you want to relax and enjoy yourself, but also be 5-10 minutes from area attractions, dining and shopping. This unit is a short 1 mile drive to the beach.

Parking is available in front of the condo.

Nearby attractions: Broadway at the Beach, Cal Ripken baseball complex, Myrtle Beach Convention center, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Waves, etc.

Pool fobs are available for each guest and counted after each stay. $100 per lost pool fob.
Starter amount of toilet paper and paper towels provided
One set of sheets for each bed and bath towels are supplied, one per guest, and must not leave the room.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Make sure that all towels have been washed and dried completely. Make sure that all sheets have been washed.
Adjust thermostat to 74*, return pool bands and fobs, parking passes, as well as the key to the door. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to previous issues with the TV's and WiFi we do not allow gaming systems to be hooked up to any of the TV's during your stay.
