Terrific spot

Great location. Walkable to many bars/restaurants. Felt safe walking here. House was adorable, well decorated, and came with snacks! Would absolutely stay here again and even recommended to friends.

Great location!

This property is very well maintained and the owner of the property obviously has pride in what she is doing. The accommodations are great, and I would recommend to anyone looking in Soulard for a one bedroom apartment!

Weekend in St. Louis

Kelly is an excellent host. Her recommendations were terrific. Great location, easy to navigate by foot to local places and easy drive to and from city. Loved the courtyard area to relax. Everyone we encountered was friendly.

Fast getaway

We so needed to get away from the long Minnesota winter. Kelly's place was the perfect retreat! Kelly's communications is fantastic she met us at check in and offered fabulous places to eat and visit! We definitely recommend this brownstone and will come back!

Peaceful

We haven’t visited St. Louis in years and found that this location is very convenient to downtown, to the museums, to parks and gardens, and to the famous Italian restaurants on the Hill. This property was a peaceful oasis in the midst of the sprawling metropolis. We will be back.

Can’t wait to visit again!

The place is absolutely wonderful! I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in St Louis. Super cute apartment within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Kelly met me when I arrived to get me checked in and answer any questions. She provided toiletries and snacks that I discovered upon arrival. The courtyard in the back is beautiful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Anniversary Weekend

I cannot say enough about this property and the host. We could not have picked a better home to stay for our anniversary weekend the host was excellent she responds back almost immediately the house is located in a perfect spot, quite neighborhood...everything is 20 minutes or less in distance there are places to eat, drink and enjoy within walking distance. I would recommend this home to anyone who was looking for a great host and a great place to stay in St Louis, Thank you again Kelly for having us😊

I stayed at this property while caring for my Dad who was in Barnes Hospital. Commute to the hospital was very quick and easy from this location. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This was the first time I ever utilized any property/vacation rental service such as this and the entire process was very user friendly. Kelly was an excellent host and immediately responsive to any needs or questions. The outdoor patio at this property was very private was very nice. The stay was quiet and without any issues. Walked with ease to several of the local pubs and restaurants with great food. I can’t say enough good things about this rental experience or recommend this property highly enough.

Clean, accommodating, and convenient

This property is located near the heart of Soulard and much of what the area is known for. It is a short (10-20min) walk to many of Soulard's restaurants, bars, stores and the Farmer's Market. Kelly, the host, was very friendly, accommodating, easy to contact, and quick to respond. The property was very clean and well stocked with linens. The overall size offered plenty of room for two people to stay comfortably. Out back was a common patio area shared with other properties. It is furnished with outdoor seating and a small gas fire pit. Parking is on the street, and free, but we were never parked more than 50ft from the front door. The street itself is mostly quiet with relatively minimal traffic. I'd be happy to recommend this location to anybody looking to stay nearby Soulard.

Great location! Lovely place!

Kelly's place was just amazing. Perfect location and cozy and clean apartment which looked even better than the pictures. Communicating with Kelly was easy and prompt, and check-in was smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

Soulard

Kelly is a wonderful host. We were in St Louis for a wedding and I was hosting a dinner for 6. We did not have enough sitting and Kelly brought us over 2 extra chairs for the night. She meet us at the door when we arrived. Unit was stocked with coffee and creamer so we did not have to go to store until we were ready.

Lovely place in a great area

Was staying a few days for work travel and it was perfect for the trip. Clean, perfect size for coming back to a place and tucking off for the night, and the back yard is stunning. Took Lyfts to get back and forth to places, which was not an issue for me, so if you need access to the metro it’s about $10 each way. Would gladly stay again.

Absolutely Charming

I stayed in this beautiful rental for 13 weeks. Kelly greeted me upon arrival and made sure that I had everything I needed. She checked with me frequently during my stay to ensure everything was going well. She made recommendations of sites to see and places to eat and kept me updated on the neighborhood activities. The rental was cozy and I had perfect weather to use the wood stove. The neighborhood has plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. I would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Fantastic escape from the city.

We loved this place, perfect location, perfect apartment and perfect hosts. If you want to be close to the city and all the attractions but be in a quiet neighborhood then this is the spot. You also get the bonus of being in walking distance of groceries, restaurants and the odd bar and pub. We highly recommend the apartment and hope to be back next year.

Beautiful oasis :)

Couldn't have found a better place to stay, we loved it. Spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The courtyard is a beautiful quiet oasis, and lovely area to enjoy a nice quiet drink. Kelly and Brett are wonderful hosts and made our stay enjoyable. It's great place to stay if you want to be close to the city and all it's attraction,lots of great restaurants with in easy walking distance, but still a nice quiet area to relax. We hope to see you again soon and we highly recommend this property x

Perfect escape from bad corporate housing choice

I moved to St. Louis on Jan. 5 for a job and my company put me in a corporate housing apartment that was cold, uncomfortable and it had the single worst bed I have ever slept in. I was ready to run away but then I found Kelly and Brett's Soulard sanctuary and I lived happier ever after. Kelly is a perfect hostess. The apartment is squeaky clean, excellently decorated, warm and friendly, fully loadrd with every thing you need, and it had the best bed ever. If Kelly could have fitted a soaking or whirlpool tub into the place I may never have left. My husband came with me on the first visit to check it out and make sure he agreed with the choice since I would be staying alone while he packed in another state. He gave Kelly, Brett and the place 5 stars too. I do regret moving into my own apartment before I could use their back courtyard with its firepit and special lighting. The plants had just started to bloom and I know it will be beautiful. I stayed there for 2 months. I will recommend this place to everyone. I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and they shared a wealth of information about restaurants and things to do. The Soulard market is fun even on cold days. Bogart's may have the best ribs I have ever tasted. There is a bar for every taste. Lots of good local restaurants. I was there for the pet parade and Mardi Grass. Close to downtown, where I work. Easy commute to everything. I will be back.
