Excellent Villa

The villa is on the Country Paradise resort just outside Stintino. The resort centre contains the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The only downside is the nightly show which can be heard from the villa. The villa itself is very good and can easily cater for parties of 6 (though the kitchen is pretty small. The level access was perfect for my disabled son. Patti, who services the villa was very friendly and helpful. The only improvement would be to leave a welcome pack of basic groceries for guests (we arrived at 1am) and to give more information on surrounding things to do. The pool was great. The layout of the pool & garden meant it was easy to get shade if required. We visited La Pelosa, took a boat trip to Asinara, went to Alghero and are in Stintino a few times, so there is a reasonable amount of things to do in the area. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and would go back to the villa in the future.

Magnifique sejour à Stintino

Nous avons passé 10jours a Stintino en famille. Les environs nous ont permis de concilier de la plage, des balades et des visites de villes telles que alghero et castelsardo. Le coin est merveilleux pour qui se réjouit de paysages grandioses. Stintino est un petit port de pêche très charmant avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour les vacances en familles. La maison est spacieuse avec des espaces pour chacun et des équipements fonctionnels. Daniela la concierge nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et bienveillance. Ce séjour nous a laissé un goût d’inachevé… attention le temps passe particulièrement vite dans cette contrée !

un séjour agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette villa à stintino. La villa est bien située si vous avez une voiture, pas possible de rejoindre la plage à pied. La région est très plaisante et les plages magnifiques. En ce qui concerne la villa, elle est grande, la piscine est très belle, l'aménagement est simple mais ça suffit pour une semaine. Pour l'intérieur, il manque quand même deux choses importantes : un micro-ondes (alors qu'il est précisé dans l'annonce) et un lave vaisselle (indispensable surtout si vous louez à deux familles. A préciser aussi que la climatisation est uniquement dans le salon et que le linge de lit est en option également (toujours inclus dans nos locations précédentes en Sardaigne...). Enfin, nous n'avons pas utilisé la 3ème chambre car elle sentait l'humidité.

Superbe maison, rien ne manque. Vaste piscine entretenue tous les 2 jour. Idéalement située pour visiter la Sardaigne du nord : La Pelosa, Stintino, Castelsardo, Alghero, etc. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, dur de partir !

Bellissima villa con piscina

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due famiglie (4 adulti e 3 bambini) e siamo stati veramente molto bene!!! La cucina, seppur non grandissima, e' super ben accessoriata con molti piatti, stoviglie e pentole, non manca nulla! Le camere sono molto piacevoli e i materassi molto comodi (cosa non da poco!!!). Il pezzo forte della villa e' ovviamente l'esterno; la piscina e' fantastica (soprattutto se avete dei bambini), il tavolo sotto il portico e' perfetto per cene e aperiviti all'esterno (che ovviamente non sono mancati!). Per non parlare del barbecue per ottime grigliate di carne o pesce a piacere!!! Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche il fatto che fosse presente un'ottima raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti! Insomma, una sistemazione altamente consigliata!!!

In summary, the villa was disappointing and can not be recommended!

positive: outer area and swimming-pool are more or less in in a good condition and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding is quiet nice and the shopping facilities are good. negative: as we arrived (5-headed family) we were missing the offered equipment: dishing-machine, microwave and toaster. Furthermore one of the bedrooms (the largest one) was only limited to use - the ceiling was wet (water-damage) and there was a bad smell in the bed-room and in the furnitures. The two baths are very small (max. 4 m²) and are not handicapped accessible (that also applies for the outer area -> there are steps integrated…). The kitchen is also quiet small - the given size of the house (150 square meters) is misleading regarding the space in the "Villa"... Probably the comfortable terraces are calculated for the specified size. By the way - another house/flat is directly above the „Villa Roma“. The safeguarding of the main-power in the house is quiet bad - no use of air-conditioning or use of washing machine with hair-dryer or oven was in combination possible. We need more or less 3 days to eliminate the ants in the house (and we put a lot of emphasis on a clean house)…; Then it was partly loud/to loud (depending of the wind) in the evening from the center of the country paradise village… All in all - if we had known this circumstances, we had not booked this accommodation and unfortunately can't recommended the "Villa Roma". Note: In the meantime the owner changed some details of the description of the equipment on the FeWo-Website.

Good evening, given the absurd falsehood she revealed in the published review, which is totally false and misleading, I have the pleasure of answering - as already done in private several times - point by point to her evidence: 1 - the equipment offered was perfectly listed on the site with the exception of the blender that a tenant had previously broken and was being reintegrated; 2 - the bedroom you refer to has no loss of water from the ceiling and does not present any criticality. The small infiltration about 50 cm from the ground in the left part of the room is due to a small loss that depends on another villa and that has already been resolved, so much so that the wall has been repainted with two new coats of paint and different color it is due to the fact that still the painting, when it arrived, had not yet dried completely. The furniture is all new and no one has a bad smell. 3 - the two bathrooms present are suitable to accommodate the maximum number of people expected: the first measures 3 meters long and 2.80 wide (total 8 sqm.) And is equipped with a bidet, toilet, sink integrated into a piece of furniture in wood, bathtub and shower; the second is a master bathroom (integrated and exclusive use of the master bedroom also with bidet, toilet, sink with cabinet, and shower) in perfect proportion (studied by architecture firm). 4 - the villa has no steps and is TOTALLY on one level, however, as can be seen from the photos on the site: maybe she accidentally entered a different villa ... .. and the size of the villa well corresponds to the size indicated in the ad where only the internal footage is valued but I remember that the villa has a private park of about 800 square meters where private outdoor pool, barbecue, technical room, private outdoor shower and 2 lawns in perfect maintenance conditions are allocated 5 - the villa is a single villa and the other villa to which you refer borders on one side of mine and its access, including parking, takes place on another very different and far away from mine. 6 - The electric current is well calibrated for the equipment present and in line with the expected national voltage: one can easily use a series of devices at the same time. 7 - the minimal and rare presence of ants, I had also prepared an aqueous solution that Mrs. Patrizia has provided and that serve to eliminate the small presence, is a "physiological" in the presence of the garden. DO NOT RECCOMEND Mr. Jorg.

Well equipped, clean and spacious villa with a great pool

We’ve had a great 10 days at Villa Roma. The pool is a perfect size and kept 4 children entertained! The villa had everything we needed and enough space for 6 people to relax. Mrs Patrizia was very helpful and we would definitely return.

Great villa from which to experience a wonderful part of the island

Lovely villa in a private village community near Stintino (not IN Stintino itself as the map suggests). Fabulous pool and lots of outside space. Patrizia, who looks after the villa, was extremely helpful and sorted out a problem we had with the electricity (which trips if you have the cooker and boiler on together). Lovely beaches nearby at Pelosa and Saline and lots near Alghero which is a great day out. We’d definitely return.

Relaxing environment in spacious and well-equipped villa

We had a great time in Villa Roma. Both the house, garden and pool are well maintained. It's a really nice place to reload your batteries and spend time with your family. The house is child friendly, we travelled with a 4- and a 2-year old, and for us it was perfect to have a spacious porch where we could spend time on very hot and sunny afternoons. Villa Roma is situated in a kind of gated community, surrounded by other summer houses, very close to Stintino. It's a very calm and quiet place but there's a small community centre just a 10 min walk away with grocery store, restaurants, mini golf, medical assistance should such be needed and other shops. They also have entertainment in the evenings.

Location straordinaria, villa splendida sicuramente tra le più belle del villaggio turistico. Piscina nuova dotata di scala romana per la discesa in acqua. Eccellente vacanza. Villa stupenda e dotata di ogni confort. Massima privacy. Piscina fantastica con acqua limpidissima ( sembrava di stare alla famosa spiaggia la Pelosa ). Il proprietario educatissimo e corretto sotto ogni aspetto. La riaffitteremo sicuramente per il prossimo anno. Consigliatissimo a tutti ed in particolare alle famiglie con bambini ed anziani Daniela

Très bien située

Belle maison avec jardin et piscine confortable. Le village est bien équipé (restaurants, bars, boulanger,…), juste à coté de la plage "Le Saline" qui est à 5 min. de voiture. Magnifiques vacances!

Stintino

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De woning in Stintino, Country Residence is ons heel goed bevallen. Het was netjes en heel goed verzorgd. We zijn goed ontvangen door de beheerdster. Kwaliteit van de voorzieningen was ook heel goed. Periode dat we er waren werd het zwembad tot 2 keer toe schoon gemaakt. Op de woning hebben wij totaal niks te aan te merken. Het dorp op zich was heel rustig, maar dat komt doordat we buiten het seizoen zaten. We hebben wel de mooiste stranden gezien en de vriendelijkheid van de bewoners was ook heel kenmerkend. Al om al een hele fijne en leuke ervaring.
