Location
Easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. From Jan-Mar enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, City Market, REI, coffee, ski/board rentals, shops, bowling and the Silverthorne Outlets.

An easy drive or walk/bike on the rec path to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts or Friday Farmers Market from June through September. The rec/bike path has over 55 miles of paved path. Also less than a 5 minute drive or a longer walk to the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals and the Tiki Bar. Just a couple blocks to the trail access for the National Forest for hiking, mountain biking or snowshoeing. Just a few minutes drive to the new Dillon Disc Golf 18-hole main course and 12-hole family course.
