A spacious living-room with a fireplace, connected with the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen area, opens to one of the outdoor terraces. The sleeping area offers 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one in suite). On the terrace you can enjoy the cool evening breeze while you make use of the fantastic barbecue, outdoor dining area, and of course... the swimming pool.

Technologically equipped with a flat-screen TV 49", DVD and WIFI. The thick walls and air-conditioning offer a refreshing rest during warm summer nights on the island. The central heating system through the central chimney helps warming up after a cold winter day.
