Apartment Candor With Pool

The Candor apartment is part of a residence located about 1 km from Cassone, in a quiet and panoramic area overlooking the lake about 3 km from Malcesine.



The property is located on the first floor and consists of a living area with a sofa and satellite TV and an area with a kitchen with a table for four people. The living room opens onto a terrace with an outdoor table and a beautiful lake view.



The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with windows towards the lake and a room with two single beds. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the double bedroom.



The outdoor area includes a shared swimming pool (open from 01.06 to 20.09) and a reserved parking space. From the Residence you reach the beach and the lakeside promenade using a passage through stairs.



Malcesine is famous for its winds that blow with a certain constancy, vary from area to area and in intensity from morning to afternoon; they are ideal for both those who want to learn and for those who want to improve or train. Many internationally renowned athletes come to train or live on Lake Garda.



Sailing, surfing and kite schools are available for you to enjoy these winds and the Malcesine Sailing Club welcomes from beginners to the most experienced sailors.



Furthermore, from Malcesine the cable car departs towards Monte Baldo which "flies" in a few minutes up to almost 1800 meters in altitude, with its rotating cabins capable of always arousing new emotions. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or simply to enjoy the splendid view from the top of Monte Baldo.
