Villa Napoleon is located in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto. In this area, most of the villas of Miami Playa are located. In the proximity of the beach, in silence. The lack of high-rise buildings and apartment buildings, as well as the presence of pine plantations, offers travellers the maximum comfort. For those who come in July and August - the hottest season, it is pleasant to feel an evident coolness that comes from pine plantations in the front.

On the ground floor of the house are a living room with an open dining room with access to an outdoor terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (the pool is equipped with an outdoor shower), a modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave). One bedroom with a double bed 150x190, bathroom with shower.



On the first floor you will find: a bedroom with a 180x200 bed and access to the outdoor terrace, another bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a third bedroom with a 160x200 bed. There are 2 bathrooms. One en suite with a shower and another bathroom with a bathtub.

For those travelling with children - we put a wooden fence along the pool - the safety of their children. This service is payable.

There is a garage to park 1 car. If you come with 2 cars, the other can be parked in front of the garage.



Villa Napoleon is a comfortable villa, very well equipped and with one of the best locations.



The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located about 5 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

As it is a family tourism area, bookings are not accepted for groups of young people.
