The apartment is located in a new building in the heart of Tangier. It is two steps away from everything. It is located on the main street (Boulevard Mohamed V Boulevard Pasteur corner).
It is an 8-minute walk from the Medina. It has all the flavor of Morocco but not as loud or dirty as the Medina. Super safe area where no tourists are overwhelmed. It is the total city center.

It is very bright and spacious with breathtaking views of the harbor, the Bay of Tangier, the Mediterranean, the Atlantic coast of Spain (Tarifa looks perfectly) and Medina from all rooms !!!
The floors are all white marble from Greece.

The building has a pool that you can use during the summer (except when Ramadan falls in this season).
There is a private garden square you can enjoy all year.

The apartment features are:
The kitchen has 4 ring hob, oven, refrigerator three doors, coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, etc. There are many pots, pans and utensils.
Tap water is drinkable.

The apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are also two hairdryers.

The living room includes an LCD TV, satellite TV Astra and Hotbird (there are hundreds of channels). Blueray DVD and Hi-fi.

There are 2 bedrooms:
1- The main is very spacious, has a full bathroom en suite and a terrace. A bed of 1.50 and plenty of empty storage, waiting for you to fill it.
2- The second bedroom is for 1 or 2 people. The bed is very interesting: it is comfortable and expands turning into a double bed if necessary. If not, it is a single bed.
All mattresses are new and "memory foam".
We can accommodate a 5th person but would have to sleep on the living room couch is comfy but not a sofa bed.

There are also two BATHROOMS:
1- One en suite in the master bedroom. large and bidet, plus toilet and sink bathtub. The walls are marble Atlas black and white marble floor.
2- The other bathroom has a large shower with glass screen. The floor and walls are white marble from Greece.

There is air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

It is only permitted on the terrace doors to the fully enclosed room (you can not quedaar enclosed) :). So smokers are happy and nonsmokers (like me) too. ;) You can not smell smoke but snuff.

It is a very quiet and safe area but also no security in the building and in the garage 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Children are always welcome as they are under adult supervision and behave well. Every child counts as 1 tenant.

* You leave a SIM card phone with Morocco for you to use it during your stay (so you can make local calls for reservations, etc. And you can call your family without you ruin the Roaming!).

The neighborhood is excellent and completely safe. In the area you find most (cheap, average and expensive) restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, etc ...

Also, something fantastic that only happens in this building: There is a small Acima (Alcampo) supermarket on -1 floor of the building. Open every day from 9 to 23h. It is very, very practical. 'It's like having the fridge and pantry under house !!

It is best to move on foot, as the apartment is close to everything. However the blue taxis are very cheap (only pick up to 3 people). In beige taxis fit up to 5.

The airport is about 25 minutes by taxi. Cuesta 100DH (about 9 €) to / from the front door. Right there is a taxi stand in front of the building.

If you come by ferry from Tarifa, the port is very close, about 10 minutes walk or 2 car.

If you arrive by train, Central Station is 5 minutes by taxi.

We have a taxi driver can take you trust where you wanted (Cap Spartel, Assilah, Chefchaouen) for a better price than other taxis.

Other highlights
