Independent property facing the sea consisting of two floors: with balconies to the upper and large ground floor garden, equipped with barbecue and rocking, with private access to the beach. Ground floor with living room, with sofas and furnished in maritime style, kitchen with dishwasher. Three bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and shower. Present small laundry with working washing machine.
The house is located about 15 minutes drive from the center of Catania, 30 minutes from the center of Syracuse, 10 minutes from the airport Fontanarossa and 5 minutes drive from Lentini, a few meters present excellent restaurant and pizzeria.

We had a lovely stay at Riccardo’s place. The house was really clean and had everything we needed. The outside seating area was great and the nearby beach was really lovely. You do need a car if staying here as the nearest shops are a short drive away. We had great visits to Siracusa and Etna and we all also enjoyed visiting the Etnaland theme park and water park. Would recommend this accommodation for visiting this area.

great holiday home on the beach

A beautiful holiday home to feel at home, very well-equipped kitchen, lots of space, spacious terrace with outdoor kitchen, direct access to the beach. Mount Etna can always be seen from the beach, great excursion destinations and pretty towns nearby. Very friendly owner.

Wonderful Stay!

Riccardo was so helpful and accommodating. His place was very comfortable and ideally located to see all the sights on the eastern side of Sicily. Direct access to a beautiful, quiet beach with a view of Mount Etna was a highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Villa with private beach access

If you're after a quiet place with sandy beaches at your doorstep, this is a perfect place. We rented a car and explored the island based in this villa. Ricardo was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again.Ricardo was an outstanding host from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we were comfortable throughout our stay.The home itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a huge plus, and the entire house stayed cool and comfortable thanks to the wonderful breeze. The location was fantastic, with easy access to a beautiful beach that made morning and evening walks a highlight of our trip.Everything was exactly as described, and we had no issues during our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing place with a great host and a beautiful setting, we highly recommend staying here.Thank you again, Ricardo, for helping make our trip so enjoyable!(Make sure you get a car rental for your stay, a taxi costs between 60-100 euros)

Great spot!

A fantastic house, just a few steps from the beach, through it's own private gate! Perfectly set up for a family, the house is spacious with plenty of outdoor seating to catch the sun or shade. The location makes trips to Catania, Syracuse and Noto easy days out. With the sandy beach on the doorstep, I highly recommend this place!

I am glad to hear that you found my house a great place to stay for visiting Sicily and also to be able to enjoy the beach which, as you specified, is with private access and therefore with few people both in low and high season. I always try to arrange the house as best I can to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible.

Phantastic stay in Sicily

Great location between Catania and Syracusa - very spacious flat with very well equipped kitchen. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby (ok, a car is definately needed) and it is a great flat to prepare for a lot of trips on the island. Apart from going to the South and East of the island the beach is great with not too many other people around - we will definately be back!!!

Super property close to fabulous beach

A very comfortable property with everything that we needed. It really is just a few minutes from a wonderful sandy, nearly empty beach with great views of Etna. Good for visiting anywhere in the East of Sicily, and a couple of great friendly restaurants just five minutes away in the car. Special thanks to Riccardo for waiting for us for several hours after our plane was diverted!

On the Beach

Really nice property, spacious large rooms. Large patio off kitchen and living room. All three bedrooms have nice balconies. Fifty yards to the beach. Two sets of patio furniture in sunshine.

Nicely located close to the beach. Well equipped. Very pleasant and cooperative hosts. Good base camp to reach major sights like Taormina, Catania and Siracusa. However rather long distances to retail and restaurant infrastructure. All in all to be warmly recommended.

My house is often chosen by people who want to spend some time relaxing, close to the beach and away from the main population centres, but at the same time having the possibility to move around easily to visit the surrounding areas: Catania, Mount Etna, Syracuse, Noto and the surrounding area. Great summer break

Our family of 4 enjoyed the stay at the property during mid July 2022. Riccardo was great host. Greeting us at the airport and helping us with the luggage. The property was well equipped with everything required and located very very close to the great beach (which was very quiet). Rental car is a must as there are no shops/restaurants within a walking distance. Overall great experience. Fully Recommended for people who want to enjoy a relaxing break.

We had nice few days in the Riccardo's house. The hause was spacious, clean and very close to the sea. The beach was sandy and we were almost alone there. As the days were really hot, we missed the air condition very much as it iis nstalled only in one sleeping room what was not sufficient. Also the property is far from grocery shop what was disadvantage for our family. On the other side the distance to the airport was perfect. In general we were satisfied and had nice stay 😊

Villa by the Beach

This villa was as listed with three bedrooms and two baths. The outside space had a nice mixture of sun and shade as well as lots of lounging, cooking, and eating space. The beach was a very short walk and was a really nice beach with clean sand and a nice stationary beach umbrella. While the bath towels were clean they were a bit threadbare. The pillows were also in poor shape. Overall, we loved this place! It was secluded, but not far from Catania which was lovely to walk through and see all the architect in churches, apartments and such. There were so many restaurants to choose from as well as gelato!!!

Great location for visiting the Eastern Side of Sicily

Riccardo was great always replying within minutes to any communication. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Parking was easy and the beach was lovely. We had a great week using Riccardos house as a base visiting Etna, Taormina, Catania, Syracusa and Ophigia as well as Noto and the Cave Grande. You do need a car as the property is not close to any shops or restaurants but as a base it was great. It was lovely sitting on the upstairs balcony and the outside downstairs was lovely for breakfast and lunch. It was great being only 25 minutes from Catania airport too with no noise from the airport. Thank you Riccardo for a lovely week.

Easy access to beach, responsive host

Comfortable house, well supplied. Quite large and nice for large group. Nice outdoor lights bing space adjacent to other houses. 22 minutes to airport offered perfect place to launch day trips to Enna, Morgantina and Piazza Armerina which strongly recommend. Ricardo was very responsive to issues brought about by a powerful storm. In the US there’s a very different electrical system and he patiently came out immediately to reset everything. There’s an amazing lake a few minutes walk away that is very near to the sea where I got stuck me amazing sunset fotos. This place is perfect for families who want easy access to the beach.

The location of the house is indeed strategic for day trips to the south-east of Sicily but also to Piazza Armerina in the centre of the island or to the north for an excursion to the Mount Etna. Catania Beach rental

While the property is listed as a beach property, we selected the rental to be our base to explore the east coast of Sicily from Taormina down to Noto. From here these were easy day trips as there was close access to the autostrada, allowing us to avoid the Catania inner city which is almost constantly congested. Riccardo was there to meet us and parking is included and just outside the front door. The unit is located in a more isolated setting and grocery stores and gas stations are 10-15 minutes away so get your groceries on the way there. Riccardo was very accessible via text and phone. The unit is spacious and clean.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!Es ist ein atemberaubender Ort für alle, die ihren Urlaub am Meer genießen möchten. Der private Zugang zum Strand ist einfach fantastisch. Sonnenschirme und Liegen stehen zur Verfügung, und das Beste daran ist, dass sich dort kaum Menschen aufhalten – manchmal hatten wir die nächsten 300 Meter Strand sogar ganz für uns allein. Außerdem hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Ätna.Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. In der Küche findet man die wichtigsten Dinge wie Salz, Zucker, Gewürze und Olivenöl. Im Badezimmer standen Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bereit. Eine so große Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Gästen findet man nicht überall.Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Riccardo, der uns trotz unserer späten Ankunft herzlich empfangen hat und uns am Abreisetag sogar erlaubt hat, etwas länger zu bleiben.Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!VG Gennadij

La maison est conforme à la description, elle est spacieuse,avec plusieurs espaces extérieurs.L accès direct à la mer est vraiment un plus,la plage est magnifique avec vue sur l Etna et une douche extérieure est à disposition. C était appréciable vu la chaleur cette semaine en Sicile. Les chambres sont grandes et 2 sont climatisées.Ricardo est disponible et de bon conseil, je recommande cet hébergement

Ein Strandurlaub wie gemalt! Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht (und mehr). Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer im oberen Stock verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die anderen Zimmer haben Deckenventilatoren. Neben dem großen Wohn- und Esszimmer überzeugt die perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Die geräumige Terrasse wird von einem Grill in einer Freiluftküche gekrönt. Der private Gartenweg führt direkt an den Strand, der ausschließlich von den Nutzern der übrigen Häuser genutzt wird. Jedwede Ausstattung für den Strand ist vorhanden, auch für Kinder. Der Strand bietet feinen Sand, fällt flach ab und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Ätna. Riccardo ist der perfekte Gastgeber und antwortet bei Fragen schnell und hilfreich. Auch etwa bei der Suche nach Restaurants. In der kleinen Wohnsiedlung gibt es keines, auch keine Geschäfte. Ein Bäcker mit Grundversorgung befindet sich drei Autominuten entfernt, Supermärkte gibt es in Lentini oder Catania, jeweils etwa 15 Minuten entfernt.Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen tollen Urlaub, auch dank dieses gemütlichen Rückzugsortes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Merci à Ricardo pour son amabilité et son effort pour nous parler en Français.Rien à redire sur la maison c'était très bien, très propre et très bien équipé.L'accès direct à la plage était très agréable
