The villa’s central location in the hills above the Arno valley allows you to easily reach Siena, Arezzo, the Trasimeno Lake and Perugia. The large property has been entirely fenced in and includes large treed areas and lawns, ideal for playing with children. A large table under a wisteria pergola allows you to enjoy dining outdoors. Just a short distance away, in a rather secluded position, is the heated swimming pool with heating pump (6x12, 1.5 m deep, the temperature of the water depends on the exterior temperature), open from May 1st to September 30th, and a 4 –person Jacuzzi bath, also heated.
The villa has a small Home Cinema room with 4k screen (Disney Channel, Prime, Netflix, connection for Playstation and your own laptop, connection cable not included).
