Palazzo Rosadi is an ancient country house dating back to 1700. In the 2000s it was renovated and became a splendid holiday villa for tourists who love the Tuscan countryside. Perched on the top of a hill, Palazzo Rosadi overlooks the valley of the Monterchi village, also well known because in a small museum there is a painting by Piero della Francesca, the Madonna del Parto. Surrounded by small fields and immense woods which in September and October offer baskets full of mushrooms. The villa is well suited for large families or groups of friends who like to spend their holidays in the peace and quiet of the countryside outside of the typical tourist routes. The park surrounding the villa is complemented by a beautiful flowering garden that is well cared for and spread out over 3 levels. In one of these gardens, below the villa, is the swimming pool (12x6 , 1-50m deep) (01/04-25/10 open from 07.00am to 07.00pm) that is very well equipped with sun-beds and deck chairs and with a heated jacuzzi next to it (to be requested 7/10 days before arrival and to be paid for on location), open the same dates of the swimming pool. In the hayloft there is also a changing room with 1 bathroom with shower. Guests have available to them 2 mountain bikes, a barbecue area and table tennis. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and all the bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi internet access. Included in the price: a welcome buffet, wine tasting, excursions in the Tiberina Valley with the owner. On request and to be paid for on location: breakfast, transfers to/from airport, hot-air balloon rides, wine tasting. Central heating. Parking on the property.
