Our home has a large swimming pool, 125'' Full HD Cinema screen projector, Theater quality sound system, water softner, and best of it is only 10 minutes to Disneyland, 5 minutes to knott's berry farm, and 20 minutes to Huntington Beach. It is situated on a lovely, quiet, residential street in a great Anaheim neighborhood with all the necessities nearby. It is two stories with large size 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (master has jetted tubs and all 6 have showers/tubs and one of the bathroom is outdoor) that will sleep 10 for true hospitality. The distinctive beauty, luxury and location of this house set this apart from the rest. Your home away from home lends itself to a relaxing, fun vacation in the Anaheim/Disney area. Weā€™ve custom designed this fabulous house to be the ultimate dream vacation home for both kids and adults. Kids will love marvel and Disney character rooms which are loaded with Disney toys, books, board games and Disney character beddings. It also features flat screen 4K tv with satellite for kids to watch Disney or cartoon channels. Pretty much everyroom has flat screen TV w/ premium cable service. The indoor and outdoor dining table seats 25+. A spacious living and family room has rustic decorations and comfortable couches. There is a floor to ceiling indoor and outdoor fireplace. The custom kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with high end appliances and all the cooking needs. All bedroom features brand name mattresses and quality linens. Two bedrooms have balconies overlooking to swimming pool. Guests can lounge outdoor by the fireplace or in or by the pool, BBQ and dine by poolside. Want to hangout inside? Join the party upstairs in our grand lounging area which features bar like couch, mini refrigerator. Want to play? hold the handle to play foosball. If thatā€™s not enough grab the remote control and enjoy xbox 360 on large screen. Visit our extensive dvd library and watch it on one of our 4 large size flatscreen TVs or borrow one of our dozen books and curl up on any one of our comfortable couches! We have ridiculous amount of toys and we provide laptop and printer including high speed internet for you. For babies we have 2 high chairs, rocker, potty, baby gates plus we have washer and dryers. This is a very spacious, clean and comfortable home. Itā€™s very close to Knottā€™s Berry Farm and other attractions. The kids loved the Disney themed room with bunk beds. Room to park four cars.Our family of 10 had a great time

This is an excellent house for a larger family or group. There were an incredible number of comfortable beds and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Additionally, the location is in central Anaheim, close to various food and entertainment options. Just around the corner are Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Medieval Times. The location is simply unbeatable! We would highly recommend this house.

Raj was a great host and allowed for early check in and late check out to allow for multiple plane schedules. The house is spacious and the beds were comfortable. But the pool was far too cold to use even on an 90 degree day. Plus it had a steep entry with nothing to hang onto.The hot tub listed as an amenity was nonexistent. The hot tub was one of the reasons we booked this property so we could soak our tired muscles after a long day at Disneyland. There are some maintenance issues inside and out that need to be taken care of. The landscaping is minimal. A few flowering shrubs would improve the look of the property.

New Year's eve family gathering

This was the perfect house for our extended family to get together. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The layout of the house was very comfortable and well thought out. The bonus for us was being able to watch the New Year's eve fireworks from Knotsberry Farm right in the front yard. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was very spacious with most of the amenities we needed. There were a few items that needed repairs or replacing. I was not able to give this five stars because only one television in the master bedroom worked properly. Even though I spoke several times with the property owner who said he would get them taken care of, it was not done before we left. We were there for seven nights.

Mission Trip Stay

Friends and family convened in Anaheim to participate in community outreach with homeless, disabled, veterans and children's ministries. We had 14 people comfortably sleep in this great home. Nicely appointed, plenty of towels, hot water, fun swimming, great space to hang out and watch a movie at the end of the day. The owners have literally thought of everything. Including TP, handsoap, paper towels, some basic dry condiments. Plates, flatware, glasses, toaster, microwave, waffle-maker. We saw baby gear, too... Like I said, everything! Highly recommend Raj and his property.

It's not like the photos

These are some things that are not shown and I did not like, the master toilet toilet leaks water, the pool does not work for the water to circulate, it does not have blankets for the sofa bed, the grill did not have gas, there was no soap in the laundry room, the grass is not green it is dry, the games are incomplete, there are not 6 bedrooms one is open and two bedrooms share a bathroom, they require too many things to be cleaned and charge a lot for cleaning, the kitchen-dining room is very old, although I have to say that it is the most pleasant place in the house, very big and beautiful kitchen, very cozy and a space to gather with the family, the place is safe and beautiful around it, the house looks spectacular from the outside but its furniture is not like in the photos, and I forgot the football game that is inside the house does not work. I liked the rest, it is very spacious and well designed and finally one bedroom has loose floors that are a little dangerous

This property is not at all like the pictures posted. The grass is all dead, the movie projector does not work. One of the sheets had blood on it from prior guests, a cockroach joined us in the kitchen. There are loose tiles in the floor of 3 bedrooms. If we had another option we would have looked for another place to stay. I did not receive the entrance code until I called after check in time. The games were either ripped up or missing all the pieces. None of movies were in matching cases and most cases were empty. A couple of the toilets kept running after being flushed. The size of the house was accurate and the kitchen area was a great gathering space. The price of this rental does not represent the poor condition of this home.

Big property, very comfortable.

My group had a very comfortable stay here. The advertisement shows a beautifully landscaped backyard with seating and a nice firepit area. None of this exists. The backyard is a concrete pad and a dirt patch. There was a single outdoor table and some chairs, but no loungers and the firepit was boarded up. This was VERY disappointing. There were no barstools in the kitchen, but it was stocked nicely with plates/silverware/cups. The U-Verse TV service was terrible, and Wifi didn't work. Not sure if there were technical issues, but the owner never responded about this issue. As we were staying for Blizzcon 23, this was a huge damper on our stay and we ended up borrowing a Starlink from a local friend so we could have some semblance of internet. The kitchen TV had cables hanging down, and didn't seem to be working. The property is aging, and there are lots of broken tiles, poorly repaired trim around the house. Light switch blanks are installed on top of light switch covers - super tacky. The projection system is on its last legs, the "surround sound" didn't work very well. The foosball table was missing parts to make it playable.

Homey Vibes

A huge shout out to the owners for being quick and responsive. We had an issue locking the front door and the response was swift! The home was clean, warm and welcoming! Our group enjoyed being able to sprawl out throughout the house because thatā€™s just how big it is. The kitchen was fully equipped which was great. Plenty of plates, cups, and eating utensils and cooking wares. So many sleeping options! Having access to so many bathrooms was also a huge plus! Feedback: (not big enough to give less stars) Ensuring that all appliances are ready to use and clean. The waffle maker was crusted and dirty. We planned to use it but ended up not using it because it was too dirty. Ensuring that all pullout bed couches are cleaned in the crevices. 2 pull outs had debris in the crevices we had to remove prior to sleeping on them. The curfew time was a bit much. Although we spent most of our time out, we were super concerned about our noise level when we did return back to the house. We just wanted to be able to relax without the fear of being kicked out because of noise after an early noise curfew. Other folks in the neighborhood were making noise past 8:30. All of that to say that the curfew is a bit much. Overall the stay was pleasant. The house felt very cozy and homey even though the house is huge. When we return to NAMM next year, we hope the house will be available to rent again! Thatā€™s how much we enjoyed our stay.

Good location but needs some urgent maintenance

The villa is in a great location and had plenty of space for a large family. However the noise curfew was a bit of a joke when you are woken by your neighbours drilling and doing home maintenance well before 8am and there were motor bikes going up the street at all hours. One of our rental cars got scratched while sitting on the driveway, we made sure to park the mandatory 12 inches from the kerb however our neighbours had cars all over the street. I am at a loss to figure why there are so many rules and regulations when clearly they are not followed by the residents themselves. Electrics - The lights were flickering the whole time we were there and we discovered that in the cinema room, none of the plug outlets were working. One of the plug sockets in the kitchen was damaged and dangerous if any small children around. Only two of the TVs in the bedrooms was working. The room we were in was oddly laid out the lamp and clock provided at the side of the bed had no plug sockets to be plugged in. The lights above the beds were operated by a switch which was behind the headboard. A little more thought needs to go into the layout of the rooms, there is little point having a lamp or clock that cannot be plugged in anywhere as the sockets are on the other side of the room. The hairdryers provided also were supposed to be wall mounted but look like they had been removed from the wall with screws and all and shoved in the cupboards under the sink. The knobs on the gas hob were out of alignment and made it difficult to know when gas was actually off. The pool was freezing and not fit for swimming in despite some days being 26 degrees. I am not sure why no heating is offered as there was a heater in the garden area for this. IWe were out and about most days so a lot of these things did not bother us too much but feel that some maintenance of the property is definitely in order. There was a book of all the rules and regulations but some were very contradictory so should be amended so clear instructions are given regarding stripping the beds at checkout it was unclear whether we were supposed to put bedding and towels on to wash or whether the cleaning staff would do this as one instruction said to leave towels on the floor. Otherwise it was a nice place with a large family kitchen and despite the issues we enjoyed ourselves.

Disneyland theme house

Lovely house 10 minutes from Disneyland. Lots of room and cute decorations for kids. Owner very easy to work with and easy to reach by text and phone

Good Fit

Site was a good fit for my 15 member family. Enough room for all activities and nice layout, well equipped kitchen and dining room. Had a few minor issues that were dealt with quickly.

Clean, big home.

We fit the whole family well. Quiet time after 8:30 was kind of a bummer cause we wanted to swim after Disney land. But overall great stay.

When we first saw this property we thought it would make perfect dream vacation rental that we always wanted to own. We finally purchased it and custom designed to share it with you and your family.
