Large private fully maintained parking lot and circular driveway can handle all and cars with ease. No need for SUV or all wheel drive vehicle, although we don't mind if you have one.
If you comparing prices, make sure you compare apples to apples we don't have any hidden fees, hot tub fees, linen fees, and other made up surprise fees. It makes big difference in our favor.

The Hideaway Chalet is conveniently located in heart of Killington, minutes from the base lodge, shops and restaurants. few minutes from Pico, 25 Min to Woodstock/Queechee with quintessential covered bridges, Quechee Gorge, antique & boutique shops. 20 minutes to Rutland for more restaurants, shops, movies and Paramount Theatre. 35 min to Okeemo & Ludlow.

Bus stop at our property, go to ski slopes or return independently. Get you ski boots on in house get in bus and you are on K1 gondola in very short time.

Hideaway's Private setting is surrounded by several wooded acres and offers a large outdoor hot tub, large deck with gas grill and beautiful views. Ample parking. Handicap accessible.

Inside you'll find three spacious, clean apartments across 3 floors (over 5,500 sq ft). Perfect for those looking to book a large rental for multiple families. Or partial house rentals available for smaller groups. The main (mid) floor's open living room and dining area can comfortably fit your entire group (24); or retreat to your own, private, roomy living spaces. Large screen TV's and WiFi. Total: 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Meticulously cleaned. 2 night minimum stay required. High ski season my require 3 nights or early check in late check out option.

Hideaway Chalet has three apartment spaces. The whole house may be rented together, or choose to rent the lower two apartments (6 bed, 4 baths); Or upstairs apartment (2 bed, 2 bath) separately.

The Main (middle) level
This level is on the ground floor. Expansive open living and diving room can accommodate your entire group. 52' HD Flat screen TV, large sectional couch, comfy chairs, and plenty of seating throughout.
-3 Bedrooms (1 Queen; 1 Double; 1 Bunk room with 2 set of Twin bunks sleeps 4)

-2 Bathrooms (1 Full; 1 Half)

-Expansive living room with pull out couch allows additional sleepers

-52' Flat Screen TV, DVD, Cable, WiFi, plenty of games for family.

-Full Kitchen with lots of bar seating and beautiful over-sized wood dining table, plus additional dining table and chairs easily accessible

-This level is handicap accessible, upon request. The entrance has a grass path which would need to be shoveled during winter months. If this option is necessary, please be sure to inform owner to guarantee usage.

The top floor is warm, bright and sunny. This apartment has its own entrance and may be rented separately. Please see our other listing for upper level only rates.
