Beautiful Family Villa private salt pool walking distance to St Antonin NVal

Fantastic location with all modern cons. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms one for the adults with stunning views, a four poster indian style bed which leads out onto the pool terrace and views to die for . Heavenly sunrises for those who like to get up early. Meanwhile the second bedroom has funkbeds with a corner office and internet/TV/DVD, kids/teenagers room, say no more. We have 2 boys so total understanding for kid control here. There is a circular themed lounge leading on to the mad hatters dining room and then kitchen with separate utility which has a washing machine,iron and ironing board etc.....The kitchen has an outside door which leads onto a patio with table and chairs ideal for breakfast time. Breathtaking views and a fabulous way to spend the lazy holiday mornings Leading from the lounge there is a huge wet room with an awesome shower, plenty of space to fit all the family in esp after a days canoeing.

Upstairs is Bollywood. A circular ensuite bedroom again views views views, its a WOW room everyone who pops their heads in goes WOW. Its simple, bright and comforable but funky. Lie down on the circular bed or poufs and look at the river and gorge, relax, read or enjoy a hot bath surrounded by candles.

Outside is the salt water swimming pool 12x4 with bbq/kitchen and outdoor toilet. Our own wood is behind the house, all safe for the kids to have treasure hunts and an adventure. Over the small road is access to the river Aveyron you can do some fishing, swimming whatever you like . Please be aware use of this area is solely under your responsibility.

There is central heating in the house as well as a log fire for those who would like to spend a winters holiday here. Christmas with all the local markets is wonderful and a visit to Toulouse is the icing on the cake to give you that christmas feel.

St Antonin Noble Val is a short walk and a really special town. Just voted in France's top three towns to live in and visit, it is an ancient medieval city of about 1000 people with outstanding architecture and narrow cobbled streets. In summer it is bustling with entertainment and street cafes, and there are a dozen good places to eat ranging from tapas on the river to fine dining in a Michelin recommended restaurant. There is every kind of shop, including artisan and crafts, delicatessen, art galleries etc. There is one large and one small supermarket.
