Everything was excellent with this property. The owner Amanda was an excellent host extremely accommodating. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect little cottage, the most comfy bed ever. The area was an amazing base to go out visiting places. The village had lots of little shops and places to eat. Everyone was super friendly. A perfectly base for going out walking Check in was smooth and easy, lots of communication and info. Will defo be back!

Great location. Excellent cottage.

I spent a week at No. 6 Vineyard and I found the host to be very helpfu. The property was well stocked with everything needed within reason, featured a great, bright kitchen and a nice back garden. Location was excellent.

Lovely historical cottage as a base for exploring the area

This was a charming little cottage with a bright extension and the perfect base for our family of 4 to explore the Cotswolds. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots, and even a laundry and good sized fridge. Shower and plumbing worked great. We also appreciated the fireplace during the cooler spring evenings!

Beautifully renovated cottage

Beautifully renovated cottageThe beautifully renovated cottage is thoughtfully equipped. It offers modern comforts in a very old house. However, it is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. For everyone else, the cottage in Winchcombe is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Winchcombe is a beautiful small town. There is much to see and do without leaving the town. There are several great pubs and restaurants although our personal favourites were the Lion Inn and the Indian Restaurant (5 stars to both). The ‘Feathered Nest’ is a very comfortable and well equipped cottage. It was pleasantly cool during some very warm weather. The original accommodation is typical of many rural English cottages. The modern extension and renovation of the building adds a welcome contemporary feel to the building. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Ideal location in Winchcombe

I stayed in this property with my family for a week. The location in Winchcombe is perfect, easy walking distance to all shops , restaurants and local attractions and also ideally situated as a starting point to a wide variety of countryside walks both short and long. The cottage is well equipped and has a lovely seating area at the rear which catches the sun in the afternoon. Although there is no reserved parking we had no problem parking directly outside the property for the duration of our stay and there is plenty of alternative parking close by. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a stay in the Cotswolds.

Dieses kleine Cottage liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Winchcombe. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Supermarkt 10 Gehminuten. Das Cottage ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Solarlampen. Über eine schmale Treppe gelangt man nach oben ins Schlafzimmer und von dort nochmals über eine Treppe in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten mit der Treppe keine Probleme. Der Check in lief reibungslos, man bekommt einen Code. Eine Ladung Feuerholz war auch vorhanden.Leider fanden wir in unserem Backofen sehr verschmutzte Backbleche auf. Ich weiß gar nicht, was das für Gäste sind, die sowas hinterlassen. Aber natürlich hätte dies vom Reinigungspersonal bemerkt werden sollen. Nach einer Info an die Gastgeberin Amanda stand diese prompt vor unserer Türe, um die Backbleche mitzunehmen und zu reinigen. Sehr lieber Service. Es gibt übrigens nicht nur den Holzofen zum Heizen sondern auch normale Heizkörper. WLAN war super.

Thank you for your feedback about our cosy cottage in the heart of Winchcombe. Unfortunately, the state of the oven trays was unacceptable and this has been addressed with the cleaning company. An oversight on their behalf. It was lovely to meet you and I am glad I was able to assist in this matter.

Wow what a fantastic cottage, so comfortable and in a great location, perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. We took advantage of the great outdoor space which was perfect for relaxing after a day of walking, looking forward to returning soon.

Lovely cottage in the heart of a lovely Cotswold town

Well modernised cottage (but the stairs are not for the infirm!) with good selection of shops, pubs and a Michelin* restaurant nearby. Good walks and lots to do in the area.

Lovely cottage in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in Winchcombe. Loved the combination of the feel of being in a cottage with a lot of history with modern day comforts of a well equipped kitchen and beautiful bathroom with an amazing shower. The outside space was perfect ....a real suntrap and great place to relax after a long walk. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Vivere una settimana in questo piccolo cottage è stato davvero bello. Il paese di Winchcombe è incantevole e l'atmosfera natalizia lo rende ancor più magico. Tante serate davanti al fuoco dopo giornate all'aria aperta nella splendida campagna inglese.
