There are many local attractions close by including Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Torquay Museum. Torquay is also lucky to have 3 theatres, including The Princess Theatre often performing shows straight out of the West End and concerts from well known artists.

Great public transport links with buses readily available, local taxis, Torquay and Torre train stations and ferry services across the bay to Paignton, Brixham and Dartmouth. So you can park up at Vomero and leave the car until it’s time to go home!

Vomero is a grade II listed building built in 1838 has historic past residents, Isambard Kingdom Brunel in 1848, and Haile Selassie in 1935 whose families all enjoyed Vomero’s historic grandeur with its impressive sweeping mahogany staircase and stunning stained glass windows.
