Hi Linda, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We do apologize that we were not clear with our information as to how to collect the apartment keys on site. We do take full responsibility for that mistake, we normally email the guests days prior to their arrival with the address, phone number and how to receive keys and I do see through all the emails that information was not provided. This apartment balcony was added this July and because of the added renovations there was some wear and tear, we also did not add a table and chairs to the balcony because we are working on removing the pilar from the middle. As shown in the image on HomeAway there was no balcony before. Also, as shown in the images this apartment is located right on the marina, its normal to hear some noise at night, in high seasons we never receive any complaints... this is the first. Please note that this is clearly stated as a self-catering apartment and we only provide linens and towels, so cleaning products are not provided, we do provide a cleaning service after a one weeks stay.
