Quietly nestled on the hill, we will be happy to welcome you in our pleasant villa with pool of 130m2, enjoying a magnificent view of the countryside of Saint Alexandre, where rest and cultural visits complement each other.

The house is organized as follows: a beautiful bright living room with an open kitchen overlooking the terrace and the view.
The terrace has a pergola with adjustable blades to regulate the brightness.
3 large spacious rooms:
-A bedroom with double bed, dressing room + bathroom with shower and toilet,
-A bedroom with double bed and storage cupboards,
-Another bedroom with double bed and cupboards,
-A second bathroom with a large corner bath
-A second independent toilet.
The pool and the bedroom with its dressing room and bathroom have just been made.
Linen and towels are included, beds will be ready upon arrival.

Come relax at the pool, rocked by the cicadas fields, in a walled garden full of flowers and trees or the sand walks (on foot, bike or horse) offered by our beautiful region.
The geographical situation is ideal to discover the gorges of the Ardèche in canoe Kayak, but also many sites: Avignon and its Festival in July, the Chauvet cave (classified UNESCO), the Pont du Gard, the Provençal markets, the tasting of Cotes du Rhone....
Our Villa welcomes in its garden an enclosure with two beautiful butterfly rabbits, which will appreciate your caresses and will make the joy of the smallest ....
We also have two adorable independent and affectionate cats, living outside and indispensable in the countryside!
Croquettes will be at your disposal to feed them.
