Villa Teix de Bonaire is a wonderful villa for 10 people located in the luxurious and quiet residential area of ​​Bonaire, just 300 meters from some of the best beaches in Mallorca such as Sant Pere, Sant Joan, the natural rocks of Bonaire or the coves of S´ ' illot located in a protected natural environment.



All these nearby beaches are a wonder of nature for their crystal clear turquoise waters and stunning views of Formentor and the Bay of Pollensa.



Located among pine trees and with an ever-present gaze to the sea, this 220-square-meter villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for 10 people stands. The first thing that surprises us about this house is its tranquility, the peace that everything in it breathes, which makes it the ideal place to enjoy a quiet family vacation.

A lot of sensations arrive instantly: the peace of the place, the light of the Mediterranean, the infinite blue of the sea, the breeze, the aroma of the pines, ... and to enjoy it, the house offers an area of ​​sofas and a low dining table this privileged porch of 25 m2.



Entering the house again we have on the right the kitchen, fully equipped, built in noble wood and of course, with views of the sea. Without a doubt, a paradise for those who love cooking. And much more if we consider that Villa Teix de Bonaire also has a built-in barbecue, which will allow guests to enjoy even more evenings in this house.



The house has 5 bedrooms (three of them on the first floor and two on the lower floor) and 3 bathrooms (one on the first floor and two on the lower floor).



Crossing the living room we find the main room "Wood". A double room with sea views. This 13 m2 room has a 140x190 double bed and offers Air Conditioning.



On the same floor we find the rooms "Green" and "Blue" of about 11 m2. "Green has two beds of 90 x 190 and" Blue "also has two beds of 90 x 190 in trundle.



On the first floor we have a 7 m2 “Blue Family Bathroom” with bathtub and shower.



We return to the living room and from there we go down some stairs that will take us to the lower floor. A second room, even larger than the main one, welcomes us before entering the two rooms on this floor.



On the one hand, the “Nogal” double room, a 13 m2 space with air conditioning and a 140 x 190 cm double bed.



Right there we find the fifth room, the twin “Yellow, of 10 m2 and which has two beds of 90 x 190 cm.
