A cosy and recently built modern accommodation of 250 m², with beautiful views towards Playa den Bossa and Ibiza town. Very close to the beaches of Las Salinas, Es Caballet and Cala Jondal.

Beautiful holiday in Villa Mara

The villa was very nice and spacious. It is not so far from playa d'en Bossa about 20/25 minutes by foot and it is located in a quite place. You can find all the necessary near the villa (supermarket, butcher, fish shop....). It is also near the airport. The villa was clean. Alfred, the owner, is very kind and helpful for every necessity we had, he answered on what'sapp quickly. I hope one day to come back here and I recommend the villa.

Outstanding Stay at Villa Mara.

Seven of us have recently returned from our third stay at Villa Mara, and could not be happier with our experience. Booking through Ibiza Renthouse was a completely smooth and professional experience from start to finish. The villa itself was in a fantastic location for our needs, and offered exceptional value for money the cleanliness was flawless, and the facilities are everything we needed. A special shoutout goes to Maria, who was an excellent and trusted partner prior to, and throughout, our trip. She facilitated our stay perfectly, dealing with all of our questions and challenges swiftly, without issue. We highly recommend booking Villa Mara via Ibiza Renthouse to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway! We can't wait to return. ️ Nothing really. Some areas of the villa are a little tired, but for the price we pay I think it's honest and fair value for what we get in the location. I definitely can't complain or suggest improvements.

loved the villa had everything we needed ,the outdoor space is fantastic and having your own pool made the holiday for everyone simple things like enough plates for everyone staying , plug for kitchen sink and some extra pans for the oven

Pool area excellent. Rooms very good. Mid stay cleaning service was excellent. Outside fridge was excellent. Security good. Towels / linen good. BBQ good. There needs to be furniture on the terrace. It is an excellent area with very nice views but slightly wasted with no chairs! Kitchen items need to be d. There were more wine glasses brought during our stay but there should also be more plastic glasses for the pool area, better pans, more cutlery to replace the red set which is largely unusable.

Great clean house with mediocre location!

Positive was: The rooms were in good condition, the mattresses were pretty soft! The pool area with its many seating possibilities was a dream. The kitchen was very well equipped as well as the entrance and the living room! The bathrooms were clean and the upper bathroom was a dream! The griller is in good condition! Negative was: The staff the house gave us was also at the same time our contact person for intermittent questions! The Wlan did not work on the day of arrival, the staff said it would return on Sunday and fix it! The whole week nobody came and we repaired it somehow ourselves! The 3 hour cleaning during the week was not done! We did not see the staff at all, except the cleaning ladies on the day of departure! The garbage bags have to be carried about 700m further to the next garbage collecting station, otherwise there is no check out! Attention who noises after 24:00 clock and the police comes, loses the house instantly and is homeless (with 10 people !!!) according to the staff !!!!! There is no second chance they said !!!! The neighbors are very quiet and accept no noise but also understandable since they live there all year!

Despues de una semana pasada en Ibiza

La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description : très spacieuse, très ensoleillée, très bien équipée et capable d´accueillir 10 personnes. L´ensemble des équipements est de très bonne qualité (et conforme à la description) : literie, sanitaires, barbecue, wifi, etc.. Les hôtes sont très professionnels tout en étant très accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement.
