House located in a residential and very quiet area, halfway between the city center (Provencal market 15 mins walk) and the seaside resort of Sablettes (20 mins walk) very attractive thanks to its fine sandy beach, its park games, its green park on the beach and its summer activities (fireworks, sports activities on the beach, concerts ...) and its 'shuttle' boats. My house on three levels allows you to preserve the privacy and tranquility of everyone and to accommodate a large family or three couples with children. Beautiful swimming pool heated by heat pump in spring, with balneotherapy and beach with deckchairs, 'Argentinian' barbecue, raised and flowered garden of 1000m2 in terraces, shaded terrace and pergola covered in fine weather by bougainvillea and trellis. For an even better holiday, I provide my tenants with a billiards table, a pinball machine, pétanque balls and a ping-pong table. A 'little corner of paradise' where the cicadas sing and where life is good with family or friends. A small vegetable patch will delight you with tomatoes, herbs, etc., provided you water it in my absence! And for those who like honey-flavored figs, it is best to come the last fortnight of August!
